J	J-BOY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来夢喜多方本店の喜多方チャーシュー麺(醤油)、味噌ラーメン、塩ラーメン、美味しかったです。喜多方チャーシュー麺は普通のチャーシュー麺に、煮卵がトッピングされます。スープは豚骨と鶏ガラベースですが、鶏の旨味を強めに感じる力強いスープです。食べ進めると、昆布の旨みが口の中に広がります。味噌ラーメンは、スープと曽我製麺のモチモチの麺をすすれば、口の中に白みそのまろやかな甘味と風味が一気に広がります。塩ラーメンは、出汁の良さをダイレクトに感じることができます。ここの特徴はチャーシューです。手間ひまかけて作られるチャーシューの味は格別です。駐車場も広いので、観光客も手軽に喜多方ラーメンが堪能できるお店です。ちなみにテレビ番組の「はじめておつかい」に出演したお子さんのご両親が経営しているお店でもあります。おすすめです。 The Kitakata char siu noodles (soy sauce), miso ramen, and salt ramen from the Kurume Kitakata main store were delicious.
