ざるそば大盛を頼みましたが、その大盛氏とご対面した瞬間、愛が芽生えたような不思議な気持ちに…❤️ 何の迷いもなくカ・ン・シ・ョ・ク ? 蕎麦湯までしっかり美味しく戴きました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私の親子3代で通い続けている地元に愛される美味しいお蕎麦屋さんです。更科蕎麦や東京で食べるような上品で量が少ないお蕎麦ではありません。畳に座って気軽に頂くお蕎麦です。
小学生の頃には今では亡くなった祖父に連れてきて貰って二人で天ざる蕎麦を食べていました。祖父が必ず天ぷらを追加で注文し、分けてくれたのを覚えています。大人になった今は祖父との思い出を思い起こさせてくれる場所でもあります。
蕎麦自体は量があり、不揃いでつゆがよく絡み美味しいです。シンプルにもり蕎麦を頂くのもよいと思います。気取らずに気楽に入れるお店です。
お休みの日などはかなり混むこともありますが、早い時間に行けば比較的入れることが多いと思います。
It is a delicious soba restaurant loved by the locals who have been going to my parents and children for 3 generations. It is not an elegant and small amount of soba that you can eat in Sarashina Soba or Tokyo. It is a soba that you can feel free to sit on the tatami mat.
When I was in elementary school, my grandfather, who had died, brought me to eat soba noodles together. I remember my grandfather always ordered additional tempura and shared it. Now that I'm an adult, it's also a place that reminds me of my grandfather's memories.
The soba itself is abundant, uneven and the soup is often entwined and delicious. I think it's good to have simple morisoba. It is a shop that you can easily enter without being pretentious.
It can be quite crowded on holidays, but I think it's relatively common to go early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海老天ぷら 椎茸の天ぷら ピーマンの天ぷら かぼちゃの天ぷら みんな味があって美味しい。ザッ天ぷらです。お蕎麦盛りが半端なく、とても良心的。ザッ信州気前いいよっ。又来ます。

盛りの良い手打ちの蕎麦。歯応えのしっかりある田舎蕎麦です。
お店の方の対応も丁寧です。
今度はうどんも頼んでみたい。ごちそうさまでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手打ちでボリュームのある蕎麦で美味しく頂きました。見た目の盛り付けも良いです。とろろ蕎麦の大盛りを頼み、通常の蕎麦屋よりも多い量を楽しめました。また来ます。
It was delicious with handmade and voluminous soba noodles. The appearance is also good. I ordered a large serving of tororo soba and enjoyed a larger amount than a normal soba shop. I will come again.

ランチで訪問。
蕎麦は田舎蕎麦で個人的には好み。真田そばを注文、ボリューム満点で揚げたてのカボチャ・ナス。ヤマイモ、なめこ等など具も多し。
最近食が細く、残してしまいましたが、とても美味しいです。

Soba is a countryside soba and I personally like it. I ordered Sanada soba and fried pumpkin eggplant with full volume. There are many ingredients such as yam and nameko.
Recently the food is thin and I left it, but it is very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温きのこそばを食べました。きのこ、そばともにボリュームがあり、大満足です。どんぶりも松代焼き？素敵な器でした。今後は、真田そばをいただきたいと思います。
I ate warm soba noodles. Both mushrooms and soba have a lot of volume and I am very satisfied. Donburi is also Matsushiro-yaki? It was a nice vessel. In the future, I would like to have Sanada soba.
