店内は昔ながらのお蕎麦屋さんといったところ。
昼時にお邪魔し、くるみ蕎麦を注文。
手打ち蕎麦の香りが良い。
くるみのタレは好みで蕎麦つゆに入れるように別皿に入っています。
甘めのくるみタレと蕎麦つゆが良く合います。
ご主人の対応がとても丁寧で、気持ちよく蕎麦を頂けました。
大人数用に、「幸村」と「昌幸」がありますので家族連れにはお得かも知れません。さすが真田町。
ご馳走さまでした。
A soba shop on the way to Sanada.
The shop is like a traditional soba shop.
Come in at noon and order walnut soba.
The flavor of handmade soba is good.
The walnut sauce is in a separate plate so that you can put it in soba soup if you like.
Sweet walnut sauce and soba soup go well together.
The husband's response was very courteous and we had a nice soba.
For large groups, there are "Yukimura" and "Masayuki", so it may be advantageous for families. As expected, Sanada town.
It was a feast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主こだわりのそばは最高の一言。水をつけて食べたらそばの風味が良くわかりますよ。天ぷらも最高です。何度も行きたくなるお店です。
The soba that the owner is particular about is the best word. If you eat it with water, you can see the flavor of soba. Tempura is also the best. It is a shop that you will want to visit many times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日新そばを頂きました。今年の蕎麦は甘いんだそうで、確かに！というかんじでした。いつも「冷やしたぬきくるみがけ」を注文します。美味しいです。
I got new soba the other day. It seems that this year's soba is sweet, surely! It was like that. I always order "chilled raccoon walnuts". Is delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は大の蕎麦好きなのですが、ここが日本一美味しいと確信しています。
それまでは、出雲の羽根屋さんが一番だと思っていましたが、完璧に抜きました。
200ｋｍ位離れいていて、なかなか行けないので、近くに移住しようかと考えるくらいです。
どこのそば屋さんでも最初に入ったときには盛りそばを食べてみますが、ここではクルミそばを選んだところ、衝撃を受けました。
コロナで2020年は厳しかったそうですが、美味しいだけあって、2021年の11月に行ったところ、お客さんが沢山いて安心しました。
また行きますので、よろしくお願いします～
I like big soba, but I'm sure this is the best in Japan.
Until then, I thought Izumo's Haneya was the best, but I completely pulled it out.
It's about 200km away and I can't easily go there, so I'm thinking about moving closer.
At any soba shop, I try to eat morisoba when I first enter, but when I chose walnut soba here, I was shocked.
It seems that 2020 was tough in Corona, but it was delicious, so when I went there in November 2021, I was relieved that there were many customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看板に「そば うどん」と書いてあるので不安になったが、蕎麦は美味しかった。注文したのは天ぷらそば。盛り付けはイマイチだけど、エビは大きくてぷりぷり。
I was worried because the sign says "Soba udon", but the soba was delicious. I ordered tempura soba. The arrangement is not good, but the shrimp are big and plump.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よく県外から上田の蕎麦を求めて草○さんなど観光客をターゲットにしたお店を目指して来る方が沢山います。
それで満足出来るならそれはそれでいい。
ですが、上田の蕎麦をそれで評価せずにちょっと足を延ばしていたこ庵さんのような本当に旨い蕎麦を堪能してもらいたい。
歯切れの良さ、瑞々しさ、喉越しの良さ、そして気さくで気遣いの良いお店の方々。
必ずリピートしたくなりますよ。

If you are satisfied with it, that's fine.
However, I would like you to enjoy the really delicious soba noodles like Mr. Koan, who had been a little longer without evaluating Ueda's soba noodles.
Crisp, fresh, smooth, and friendly and caring shop staff.
You will definitely want to repeat it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋のバイクツーリングで来て以来、二度目の訪問です。
秋に来た時、従業員の女性にここのおすすめはって聞くと、「冷やしたぬきくるみがけそば」がおすすめです、と言われて注文したのですが、甘党の僕としてはこれが実に旨く、忘れられずに万座でのスキーの帰りに寄りました。
甘目のくるみのたれに天かすがよくマッチしていて、コシのある手打ち蕎麦とよく合う。
この辺りに立ち寄る時は必ず立ち寄ろうと思います。
This is my second visit since I came on a bike touring in the fall.
When I came in the fall, when I asked a female employee about the recommendations here, I was told that "chilled tanuki walnut ski soba" was recommended, but for me as a sweet tooth, this is really good. I couldn't forget to stop by on my way home from skiing at Manza.
The sweet walnut sauce matches well with the chewy handmade soba noodles.
Whenever I stop by this area, I will definitely stop by.
