★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料理は最悪、中には腐っている物もありました。店員に味がおかしいと伝えたらすぐに下げて行きましたが、その後は食べる気失せました。
ここまで最悪のお店は初めてです。
外国のツアーの方メインでやってると思いますが、これが日本食と思わないで欲しいです！全て業務スーパーの冷凍食品です。
 The food was the worst, and some were rotten. As soon as I told the clerk that the taste was strange, I lowered it, but after that I felt like eating.
This is the first time for the worst shop so far.
I think that foreign tours are mainly done, but I hope you don't think this is Japanese food! All are frozen foods in commercial supermarkets.

せっかくのロケーションが台無しでした。
きっと料理は冷凍食品かと思います。
窓ガラスは手のあとがいっぱいでした。
スタッフ不足のためか、行き届いていない状況でした。
次回は綺麗なお店で迎えてくれることを楽しみにしてます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ある意味、貴重な所です。3年前？に行きましたが、未だにお土産話として使えます。会社の金で行ったから笑えますけど、自分で出してたら発狂レヴェルです。
In a sense, it's a valuable place. 3 years ago? I went to, but it can still be used as a souvenir story. I can laugh because I went with the money of the company, but if I put it out myself, it would be a crazy level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インテックスで毎年イベントがあり、その際の昼に利用しました。
所謂ビュッフェ形式ですが、あまり品数がなく、ビジネスホテルの朝食と同じような感じです。
お味については時間が経ってしまった物だからかもしれませんが、弊方の口には合いませんでした。
味に鈍感な方でしたら問題ないかと思います。
レストラン内のトイレは水の出し方が分からない洗面所と言う謎仕様ですので、店舗外のトイレの使用をおすすめします。
あくまでもランチタイムでの利用なので、夜の内容は分かりません。
しかしながら、高層階にあるため眺望は良好なので夜はお酒を飲みながらだと良い雰囲気かも知れません。

However, because it is on a higher floor, the view is good, so it may be a good atmosphere if you drink alcohol at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、妻の誕生日に予約しました。実際、行ってびっくり！予約の必要がいらない！私たちだけの貸切り状態でした。数十年前に来た時は超満員やったのにそのイメージで行ったのでびっくりしました。どなたかクチコミに「残飯」とありましだが、そこまで言わないとしても近い物はありました。空調も全く利いてなく寒かった。人にオススメはしません。ただ夜景は絶景でとてもきれかった。ある意味忘れられない記念になりました。
I made a reservation for my wife's birthday the other day. In fact, I was surprised to go! No need to make a reservation! It was a chartered state only for us. When I came several decades ago, I was surprised because I went with that image even though it was overcrowded. Someone said "leftover food" in the word of mouth, but there was something close even if I didn't say so much. The air conditioning didn't work at all and it was cold. I do not recommend it to people. However, the night view was superb and very clear. It was an unforgettable memorial in a sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ World Buffet: Not much foods, taste not good, foods are cold, No service, Not clean, Not convenience, won't recommend to friends and No next time.
The night view is not very special and hotel's (Swissotel Nanki Osaka) night view is even better !!!
Even 14 Mar 2015 (White Valentine's Day) this restaurant can be less than 10 tables customers.

We visited this place for lunch and got really disappointed on what it turned out to be. We came here early lunch time and expecting warmer food but not.
1. The food option is really limited and contrary to their name "world buffet". Many of the foods are actually from frozen goods (like the karaage and burger) and we can roughly guess the brand based on the taste and food texture. Some fruits are from can.
2. There were two types of bread served which is not better than the one from supermarket. The iron net of the oven is not even changed and appears black for some time.
3. Toilet facilities are broken. It is always marked as out of order (故障) and even the faucet that are supposed to worked is not working fine.
The restaurant is not what it really shows in the advertisement in the elevator nor in the hallway of the building.
Their staff is good and nice but the problem is maybe their management, who forget what their product really is and to pass the food standard.
