D	Ditas del Rosario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very quiet Hotel unlike other hotels. It gives one a warm and homey feeling and its location is very convenient. There's McDonalds near one side of the hotel one floor below. On the other side is a one stop shop where it has a grocery and supermarket and home accessories, clothes. Just about anything and everything. One thing good with Japan is their goods have same prices wherever you go. And always helpful and polite people around even if there is a language barrier. Unfortunate it maybe we would love to give a told tip for the good service of the hotel but we learned it is impolite and not expected. But I must commend the hotel'
P	Pookachino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I'm not a big fan of the decor (very British royalty-esque), the room was clean and quiet and the perfect size for a single person. Might be a tight fit for two. The bed was very comfy, and I slept wonderfully during my stay. The location can't be beat as it is within walking distance of Dotonbori and so many different rail lines for easy access to the rest of the city. I also had a great view outside my window, which was nice to gaze at in the evenings after a day of walking.

The hotel is very nice on the inside with a museum, restaurants, and a chapel inside the building. The lobby is a little odd being on the 22nd floor, but it separates the guest rooms from the other things in the building. The views from the dining room and the hotel rooms are excellent. The breakfast is a little pricey, but worth it at least once. A nice mix of Japanese and western foods, and all of it was very good. Everything is fresh and flavorful and laid out with great attention to detail, making a very nice presentation. The room itself was nice, but there wasn't anything special. Clean, compact, but more western style room. Has the typical bathroom pod, firm bed, and wardrobe typical of Japanese rooms, but was large enough to have both a desk and a small table and chair set. The staff was very friendly, and the front desk staff speaks English well.

The view was fantastic and location convenient above the OCAT bus terminal to airport and also the rail station for easy transportation. The French setting of the interior is nice. There is even a chapel in the hotel to host wedding.
S	Shawn Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service accorded to foreigners is unlike towards local Japanese. My niece lost her G shock watch after housekeeping made up the room. Will look for better accommodation to stay in future. Rooms were not worth the price. We booked total 3 rooms but one of the rooms had vomitus smell. Hotel was unable to change or do anything about it as they were fully booked.
K	Karlee Silver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location - on subway and JR lines, walking distance to Dontonbori. For the price and star level, I expected a more refined hotel though. Very small room and had the furniture (desk, chair, small coffee table) of a large room making it even smaller. Bathroom was newly done and much better designed. Hallway smelled (musty/sewer) most of the time we were there, and housekeeping staff had bags and cleaning supplies everywhere in the hall most of the daytime which made the trip to / from the room not enjoyable. Breakfast quality and choice was ok. It was set up in a ballroom and felt a bit makeshift and hectic.

Didn't felt welcomed when we arrived and it felt weird that full payment for the room was requested during check-in. The room was clean and well-appointed and had a nice city view, but it was a bit dark. The bed was a bit hard too. There is parking on site which is 1,800¥ a day, but it was waived because I have a hotel.com membership. The location is great and above the train station. There are many restaurants, bars, and attractions in the area.

I was asked to give the clerk my residence card. I asked if this was a requirement because I am a foreigner or if Japanese guests are also required to allow them to make a copy of their ID. The clerk said that everyone is required to. I know that it is not a legal requirement to allow a hotel to take a copy of your ID but I was tired after a long trip and didn't feel like arguing, so I handed over my ID. While he went off to make a photocopy of my ID a Japanese couple checked in next to me and were not asked to show their ID, let alone have a copy made of it. I am a permanent resident of Japan. The booking was made by my company and paid for in advance. There is no reason why a copy of my ID was required. It is extremely disappointing that the hotel has such discriminatory practices. It is also extremely disappointing that the clerk lied to me.
