粘度が少しあるトロりとした味噌スープ。なので食べ終わるまでぬるくなりにくい。味濃いめ。量はふつう。シナチクは好みに近かった。ちょっと割高かな。

バターのトッピングをしたのですが、ピリッとする味噌味の中でまろやかな甘みが溶けて良いアクセントになりました。
少し駅からは離れてますが、美味しい味噌ラーメンを食べられる貴重なお店です。

うん、普通に美味しい。すごく懐かしい感じ。
昔食べてたラーメンはこんな感じだったなぁ…飾り気が無いと言うか、すごく美味しいってほどではないけど、なんだか安心感のある、まさに安定の札幌味噌ラーメン。
また食べに行きたいと思う味でした…やはり、札幌市民なので遺伝子に刷り込まれちゃってるんだろうか？ｗｗ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イチオシの味噌ラーメンを注文。味は甘めかな？麺の量は割と多め、具材は少なめ、チャーシュー薄めです。800円超えなので内容からするとコスパはイマイチでしょうか。駅から少し遠いのでもう少し安いか内容が良くないと歩いて行くほどじゃないかも。
スープは良かったのでもう一息って気がしました。
