貴金属はバックヤードに持ち込まれ戻ってきて値段を知らされた。
海外製の刻印のある貴金属もあり、純度が何%以下だから〇〇金扱いとなる、と言われ納得できず、じゃ貴金属は他に持って行くと言うと、〇〇金扱いが〇〇金扱いに変わった。
(〇〇金の意味の例→元々18金なのに10金と査定、その後18金扱いに変わる様な事)
そんな事で接客はとても悪い印象。
こっちがうなずくまで無言の圧力がありすごく居心地が悪かった。
本当は貴金属はいつも買取して貰ってる他店に持っていこうとしたが、そんなやり取りでめんどくさくなり買取り成立となった。
貴金属は客の目の前で測る事もしないし、数点ある貴金属もまとめて何グラム幾らと査定額が出る為、グラム数を誤魔化されても分からない。
他店に行くと言うと買取り金額が変わったりする為、信用出来ませんでした。
ブランド物の買取りはまぁ良かったと思います。
もう２度と行きませんが。

I think the purchase of brand-name products was good.
I won't go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 断捨離をしていたら、祖母にもらったお古のVUITTONのバッグを見つけたので利用しました。コールセンターの対応がよく(佐藤さん・男性)、家から徒歩5分ぐらいだったのでとりあえず行ってみようかなあと…。担当は、上江田(うえた)さんという男性の方だったのですが丁寧で物腰も柔らかく、相談しやすかったです。正直値段がつくかわからないし、これぐらいで売れたら嬉しいな…と思っていた金額の3倍以上で買取していただけました！断捨離も悪くないですね。これでお寿司でも食べにいきます！笑

受付のお姉さんが丁寧に対応してくれました。
担当してくれた方は 年が1つ違いで地元が一緒（幼少期に通っていた塾まで一緒）かつ趣味も近いところがあり話が盛り上がりとても楽しかったです。（楽しかったという感想はおかしいかもしれませんが、、笑）
他にもApplewatchの話、個人的に好きでした。
買取した時計は古いもので中々買取実績が無い中、一生懸命に探して頂き、相場を出してもらいました。買取価格も満足行くもので、とても嬉しかったです。また機会があればお願いします^^
