★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 流派がどうとかではなく、単純に味が家系ではなかった。というかほぼ豚骨ラーメン(笑)
マズイというわけではないんだけど、豚骨の臭みが強く、食べてて九州豚骨として、細麺いれた方がうまそうだなと感じた。逆に豚骨の味は豚骨ラーメン並にしっかり出てるという感じです。
驚いたのはチャーシュー。
最近中々見ないレベルのバッサバサ。
スープの出汁取った後の残骸なんじゃないかと本気で疑うレベルのマズさ。
基本完食するが、外食で10年ぶりぐらいに残した、しかもチャーシューだけ(笑)。。
提供スピードは遅い。店主っぽい人があぐらかきぎみ？調子に乗ってる感というか、余裕かましてチンタラしてて、人為的原因で提供が極遅です(笑)
結果、そこまで混んでないのに席着いてから20分も待った。席につく前に先に麺茹で始められるよね、と思ってしまった(笑)
先に出てきたネギチャーシュー丼だけ食い終わりそうだったので、キャンセルして帰ってやろうかと思いました(笑)
銀屋のがはっきり言って全然うまいです。
たまがったで豚骨or銀家で家系か、
立地的にそのどっちか行った方がいい。
吉村家が合う人なら、時間的に待てるなら吉村家。
ここ２度目はないですね。

I was about to finish eating only the green onion pork bowl that came out earlier, so I thought I'd cancel it and go home (laughs)
Ginya's is really good.
Is it a pork bone or a family with a silver family?
It is better to go to either of them in terms of location.
If the Yoshimuraya is suitable, if you can wait in time, the Yoshimuraya.
It's not the second time here.

もちもちした麺はツルッと美味しい。
スープも好みに調整してくれるので、ピッタリでした。味の濃いのはちょっと苦手なのでちょうどよくなりました。
トッピングもどれも美味しかったです。
ご馳走様でした。

The chewy noodles are smooth and delicious.
The soup was also adjusted to my liking, so it was perfect. I'm not good at having a strong taste, so it just got better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼に赤の派手な外観に惹かれ入店。
そんなに混んでおらずササッと入れました。
ラーメン中盛り麺硬、味濃。4、5分で着丼。
よく見る家系ラーメンです。ひとつ言えば卵がオプションという事が残念。味はちょっと豚骨強めのラーメン。チャーシューが最近あまり見かけないカッチカチのやつ。不味い。
ほうれん草はべちゃべちゃすぎず良い。
麺は中太の麺で汁と絡んでよかった。リピートはないかなぁ。ライスのやわ目で好きじゃない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチセット（900円）を注文。ラーメンにセットで丼がついてくる。丼は日替わり選択制で今日はチャーマヨ丼を注文。
スープは全体的にマイルドな感じ。吉村家みたいに醤油のカエシがガツンと来る、というタイプではない。
麺も中細麵で、これも直系店とは異なる。ただマイルドスープには少し細いくらいが合うのかも。
ここのコメントではチャーシューが酷評されていたので不安だったが、今回はそこまでマズいわけでもなかった。ごく普通のチャーシューで、味もしみている（ペラペラだったけど…）。
そしてチャーマヨ丼だが、これがおいしい。これでもかとタレとマヨネーズがかかっており、ジャンクなお味。ただ私には濃すぎたかな。

And the charmayo bowl, which is delicious. Even with this, the sauce and mayonnaise are applied, and it has a junk taste. But it was too dark for me.

某人気店が長蛇の列で諦め、こちらへ。
失礼な話、土曜日のお昼時にすぐに店内に入れたのであまり期待していなかったのですが、、、
すごく美味しかった！
スープがやっぱり家系はこってりなんだけど
醤油の優しい風味も感じるから好き。
子供用にライス普通を頼んだら大盛りだった。笑
子供が食べるなら小でよいかもしれません。
さらに、たまご、のり、ほうれん草、チャーシューをおまけしてくれる心意気。
素晴らしいです…！
また来ます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地獄ラーメンのセット頂きました。スープは、さっぱりして飲みやすい。コスパは、とても良いと思います。海苔3枚にネギとワカメにチャーシューにチャーシューマヨ丼は、安いです。チェーン店で、工場で作られたスープではなかったので良いと思います。自分は、地獄！美味しいと思う。スープがもう少し熱いともっと良い！
I got a set of hell ramen. The soup is refreshing and easy to drink. I think cospa is very good. 3 pieces of seaweed, green onion, wakame seaweed, char siu and char siu mayonnaise bowl are cheap.
