★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『元祖ニュータンタンメン本舗 横浜店』は、横浜駅から徒歩8分ほどの場所にあり、近くには家系総本山吉村家もあるラーメン激戦区にひっそりと立たずんでいます。
今回は、タンタンメン大盛りを大辛でオーダー。
意外に、辛さも見た目ほど辛くなく、韓国のインスタントラーメンの『辛ラーメン』と同じくらいな印象。
鶏ガラ塩味ベースのスープで、挽き肉と玉子、それにニンニクも良い味わい。
旨辛な味わいで、油クドさは無し。
パンチはありますが、全体にバランスがとれています。
麺は太めのストレート。
モチモチ感があり、スープのパンチに負けないほど、こちらもインパクトがありました。
どんどん箸が進み、気づけばほぼ完食！
スープもあっさりだけど旨みがあり、ユッケジャンスープみたいな感じもあり、スープだけでも十分に美味しかったです！
店員さんの対応もとても良く、また行きたいと感じました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて普通のタンタン麺頂きました。いつも、中辛以上なんですが、優しい味でした！！挽肉ダブルとニンニクダブルで、美味しいかったです。麺のツルツルは、本当に、食べやすい。

焼肉付きのタンタンが好きなんだけどこちらは無しの方。
それでもいつもの美味しさは変わらず、辛味と卵のまろやかさがたまらない、たんたんめんです。

北の地より失礼致します。
北海道の主流にこの手のラーメンは殆どない。子供の頃からインスタントラーメン作る時に謝って君を割ってしまい、そのままかき混ぜて「かき卵」になってしまったサッポロ一番は何とも言えない甘さと風味が漂う。
それ以降かき卵は、私の中でもソウルフードとなった。
出張先で同僚に勧められて入った横浜の店舗で一口啜った瞬間に、良い意味で裏切られてしまった。いかにも極辛なイメージだったラーメンはなぜか悶絶する辛さが突き抜かず、無意識に二口、三口と啜ってしまう。
地獄のような真っ赤なスープに溶け込んだニンニクは営業職にはキツイが、これほどのランチはあり得ない。
さらに「かき卵」でラーメン全てがまろやかオーラに包み込まれて口の中に満たされていく。
但し、辛そうで辛くないだけではない。
上に散りばめられた唐辛子が実に良い仕事をしており、そこマイルディティなスープに追いパンチを浴びせてくる。

そしてピリ辛という味の三重奏を口内と脳内で味わう事ができてしまう。
これが川崎のソウルフードなのだろう。

今は色々あって行くことができないので、せめて宅飲みの締めでカップ麺を啜らせて頂いている。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から是非食べたかった元祖ニュータンタンメン本舗のタンタンメン。ついに機会が訪れ、横浜店に突撃！店内はカウンター10席程度のシンプルな作り。カウンターにはひと席ひと席隣りの席との区切りのアクリル板が設置されていて安心。希望者には紙エプロンのサービスもあるので汁跳ねも気にしなくてOK!。本日は開店後少ししてからの来店だったが既に5名程度の客が食事中であった。注文はニュータンタンメンの辛さ普通にした。待つこともなく注文の品が運ばれて来た、麺はモチモチっとしていて美味しく、溶き卵が
これでもかという具合に入っておりとても美味しい。ひき肉とニンニクが食欲をそそるポイントだった。辛さは下から二番目だったが自分には辛すぎずちょうど良かったため、スープも残さず完食！次はトッピングかサイドメニューにも挑戦したい。
