★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Ramen. You use a vending machine for your initial order, then you get a form to customize your ramen. The form has you choose the flavor strength, richness, if you want the included pork, green onions, garlic (and how much), hot sauce, and noodle firmness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I eat Ichiran, I can only remind myself not to go back again.. it might be another few years before I want to try it again.. if u like a particular pork taste in the soup, with firm pork meat, this might be your place to go though... However there are really many way better ramen stores in Tokyo than this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for ramen! You can order from a machine with pictures. How much you want, with pork or egg, extra noodles, and cold ❄ beer! Also how firm you want your noodles and how spicy. If you want more you can at your individual cubby stations. By far best ramen I have had so far. Best ramen and cold beers! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The line may be long during meal times, so try going there during off peak times. The seating is rather narrow and is a problem for bigger and taller people. But the broth is absolutely amazing and worth trying. The noodles are rather thin and disappointing, as are the meagre slices of pork. What makes them special is the broth and their special spicy sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to go with an angry spouse/partner. Just sit in a booth, and soak in and savour an exceptional broth.
They take their spice seriously, so please calibrate when choosing heat levels.
There is always a queue but it is zippy. The cash machines can be temperamental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No matter how over-rated bloggers or vloggers have mentioned about this ramen joint being not authentically Japanese, I hold my peace for this... even though I could bearly fit into the seats, and my knees hits the table end most of the time, the food however was (as mentioned on their menu) to be enjoyed for its flavours. The texture of the noodles was great, when they realised they forgotten to give me my serving of green onions as requested, the staff actually sent me a bottle of complimentary beauty tea... couldn’t ask for more...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Ramen in town so good you can select a lot of options I really like medium everything except garlic just a drop is enough, staff is super friendly and the experience is amazing just have in mind is a very popular restaurant so maybe take 10-15 minutes wait.
Don’t forget try the dessert so good.
