★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スープが濃い醤油ラーメンのお店。決して「塩辛い」ものではなく、醤油の風味や香りが「強い」スープ。ちぢれ麺とよく絡み非常に美味しい。
チャーシューも絶品だから、ワンタンの口当たりと食感が素晴らしい。生姜を入れるとスープのキレが良くなり箸が進む。
ぜひ塩も食べてみたい。塩が美味しければ文句なしの星5。
 A soy sauce ramen shop with a strong soup. A soup that is not "salty" but has a "strong" flavor and aroma of soy sauce. It is very delicious because it is often entwined with small noodles.
The char siu is also excellent, so the texture and texture of the wonton is wonderful. Adding ginger will improve the sharpness of the soup and advance the chopsticks.

駐車場は無いので近くの有料駐車場?へ
この界隈としては吉村家の次に有名店で期待は膨らみます
見た目は昔の湯河原にあるにこりの中華そばに似てますが生姜のせいかピリっとしてます
さて一口目はおお似てるかな？旨い
麺も平打ちのちぢれ麺でおなじ、これはいける
ワンタンも良い感じ
ただチャーシューが不味くは無いけど期待しているものとは違い変な弾力があるタイプ
味玉はしっこくないので食べやすかった
全体的悪くはないけど、スープが時間が経つに連れ醤油がキツく感じる様になる
結局食べ終わって暫くして塩っぱくて酷く喉が渇き辛かった?
総評としては醤油と生姜で引き締まった、最初は美味しいが最後は塩っぱいラーメン
醤油大好きな人にはイケると思う

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the Soy Sauce-based ramen and to be honest I liked it. It's not the ULTIMATE best flavor but personally I enjoyed. I definitely will come back again to try smth else.
What caught my attention before going to the shop were the wontons(included in the price 1050¥~) and I want to emphasize that they were delicious.
Also the noodles(magnificent texture), even though I ordered the 大 version, it didn't feel so heavy when finished and there is room to enjoy some dessert(there should always be room for dessert!).
Also the flavor does not leave a bad taste in your mouth after eating it. I recommend it? Definitely yes. Give it a try!
