★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 折角喜多方に来たので、朝ラーをすることにしました。
有名どころだと、伴内やまこと食堂も朝ラーをやっています。
今回はらーめん一平にしました。
7時から営業と書いてあったので7時11分に到着すると駐車場はバイクや車の人で一杯でした。中にはもう帰る人もいました。
いったい何時から営業？
名前を書くところは無いので並んで待つようです。
待合には誰もいません。
すぐにカウンターで良いですか？通されました。
小上がりとテーブル席が結構ありました。
メニューにじとじとラーメンというのが書いてあり何かなと思い店員さんに聞いてみました。
背脂が乗っているということでした。
ラーメン650円とからみそラーメン750円を注文
比較的早い時間で、出てきました。
スープも澄んでいて美味しそうです。
麺は中太の縮れ麺です。
スープがよく絡みます。
チャシューも柔らかくて美味しかったです。
からみそラーメンはみるからに辛そうでした。
実際結構辛かったです。
入ってから出るまでに20分くらいでした。回転がいいですね。
スタッフも４人体制ですから早いですよね。
お腹もいっぱいになってスタート地点の道の駅喜多の里に向かいました。

This time I made Ramen Ippei.
It was written that it was open from 7 o'clock, so when I arrived at 7:11, the parking lot was full of people with motorcycles and cars. Some have already returned.
What time is it open?
There is no place to write the name, so it seems to wait in line.
There is no one in the waiting room.
Is it okay to go to the counter right away? It was passed.
There were quite a few small rises and table seats.
I asked the clerk what it was because the menu had "jijiji" and "ramen" written on it.
It was that there was lard on it.
Order ramen 650 yen and karamiso ramen 750 yen
It came out relatively early.
The soup is also clear and looks delicious.
The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles.
The soup is often entwined.
The chashu was also soft and delicious.
Karamiso ramen seemed to be spicy to see.
It was actually quite painful.
It took about 20 minutes from entering to exiting. I like the rotation.
The staff is also 4 people, so it's fast.
I was full and headed for the roadside station Kita no Sato, the starting point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特製ラーメンを食べた！まったく良いところしかない！(笑) スープもチャーシューも好みの味で美味しい！麺は平打ちのちぢれ麺で長さも短いので、すするのが下手な自分には丁度よかった。チャーハンは、しっとりな感じでチャーシューが入っていて これも美味しかった。13時にお店に着いて少し並んだけど回転が速いので直ぐに入れた。初めての喜多方ラーメンは とても美味しかった。
I ate a special ramen! There are only good points! (Laughs) Soup and char siu are delicious with your favorite taste! The noodles are flat noodles and short in length, so it was just right for me, who is not good at sushi. The fried rice was moist and had char siu, which was also delicious. I arrived at the shop at 13:00 and lined up a little, but the rotation was fast so I put it in immediately. The first Kitakata ramen was very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日郡山市に行く途中コチラのお店に2年ぶりに4回目伺いました。いつも特製ラーメン一択ですが今回は餃子プラスにしました。特製ラーメンはチャーシューと白髪ネギがたっぷりで、バターも入っているので香りが良くて食べ応え有り、久しぶりだったので一気に食べ終わりました、又、高速道で9時間かけて来ますよ。
The other day, on my way to Koriyama City, I visited this shop for the fourth time in two years. I always choose special ramen, but this time I chose dumplings plus. The special ramen is full of char siu and white onions, butter is also included, so it has a nice scent and is responsive to eating. It's been a long time, so I finished eating it all at once, and it will take 9 hours on the highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の昼の訪問しました。場所も交差点にあるし、看板が目立つので、初めての訪問でも見つけやすいと思います。朝ラーも対応されているようですね。
店内は広めで、カウンター席、テーブル席があります。駐車場も広く、1人でも団体さんでも対応可能なのは嬉しいです。
スタッフの皆さんも明るく元気でスピーディー。
今回はネギチャーシューメンをオーダー。喜多方ラーメンらしい、もっちりな平打ち縮れ麺、あっさりスープ、濃いめの味付けがされたチャーシュー、シャキシャキな食感のネギ、これらが全て合わさって美味しい。
I visited during the daytime on weekdays. The location is also at the intersection, and the signboards stand out, so I think it's easy to find even if you're visiting for the first time. It seems that morning ra is also supported.
The inside of the store is large, and there are counter seats and table seats. The parking lot is large, and I'm happy that it can be accommodated by one person or a group.
The staff are also cheerful, energetic and speedy.
This time I ordered Negative Shoe Men. The chewy flat crispy noodles, light soup, deeply seasoned charcoal, and crispy onions, all of which are typical of Kitakata ramen, are all delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of famous Ramen restrant in Kitakata. The soup is a slightly salty soup with soy been soup in main. The noodle is a medium thickness and a comfortable chewy. Roasted pork, chashu, is very soft and good taste. Gyoza is also recommend. The se-abura, pork fat enriched, Ramen is also my favorite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For some reason this was one of the only ramen shops open on the day of my visit to Kitakata.
Nothing to worry about though because it was pretty tasty. While it wasn’t life altering, mind blowing ramen, it was well worth the money paid.
My friend had the JitoJito ramen and I had the charsuimen, both of which were recommended by the chef.
