しじみベースのラーメンが胃に優しい 養豚場や農場を営むオーナーがやっているので素材が良いです。またオーナーが二日酔いに優しいラーメンを作りたいコンセプトのもと作られてます。喜多方は酒が美味しいのでとにかく酔っ払った次の日はオススメです。 ラーメンの美味しさの秘密は水で、飯豊山の湧き水がこのあたり一体の食のレベルの高さの秘密です。 ラーメン食べたら横に農作物の直売所があるのでそこでお土産に野菜を買ったりしてました。

地元なのですが、久々にラー活してみました。 最近は山塩がブームのようで。 この「しじみ汁」の潮スープは、優しくて飽きのないラーメンに満足の逸品と言えますね。 チャーシュー丼も、ホロホロ柔らかチャーシュー群にタレも絶妙でペロリでした。 オーナー様からの熱意と言うスパイスを、再度来店して感じたく、また楽しみにしたいと思います。この度、拙い投稿にお返事を下さって感謝しております。

Love this taste. Awesome for the original dish! The soup is made from kind of shell. The smell is nice. The texture of ramen noodle is very unforgettable.....yummy!! Pork is very tender almost melt after first chewing ?

Amazing farm to table ramen restaurant. The broth is super light, I drank the whole bowl! The owners are super friendly and talkative, explaining why their ramen is so unique

Delicious ramen! They use local ingredients such as Egoma pork, asparagus and other vegetables. About Egoma pork, the local farmers raise antibiotic-free Egoma pigs, and the pigs are raised by rice and egoma. I had Shio-ramen with Wasabi, which was so delicious. Shio-ramen does not use any oil, but I could taste the rich umami as the ramen soup was made from shell, seaweed and dried sardine. A wasabi gave accented flavour to the ramen. No vegetarian or vegan option, but it is still worth dining out there. Highly recommended.
