喜多方の王道。 人によってはちょっとしょっぱいかもしれない。 バリバリ働いて昼はここのラーメン食べたら午後もしっかり頑張れそう。元気とか活力がわいてくるラーメンです。あとライス必須。

20年以上前に、最初に喜多方に訪れた頃に、オープンして年数は浅いものの喜多方で一番美味しいという評判に誘われて来訪しました。途中で味が変わるという複雑なラーメンの味は、当時豚骨醤油が出始め位の時期なので美味いかどうかはよく分からなかった。 あれから状況も変わったりして懐かしくなり行ってきました。 麺もスープも具材も全て美味しいんだけれどパンチが無いというか、特徴が余り無かったという印象です。もう少しクセがあっても良かったんじゃないかと思うんだけど、毎日食べるのには飽きが来なくて向いているのでしょう
More than 20 years ago, when I first visited Kitakata, I was invited by the reputation of being the most delicious in Kitakata, although it has been open for a short time. I wasn't sure if the complex ramen taste, which changed on the way, was delicious because it was the time when pork bone soy sauce was about to come out. Since then, the situation has changed and I feel nostalgic. The noodles, soup, and ingredients are all delicious, but there is no punch, or the impression is that there are not many features. I think it would have been nice to have a little more habit, but I think it's suitable for eating every day without getting tired of it.

全国で名高いご当地ラーメン処喜多方、10年以上前に「まこと食堂」さんなど何軒か頂いた以来久しぶりの喜多方ラーメン? 以前から行ってみたいと思っていたラーメン屋さん 【食堂 はせ川】さん 県内、外からお客さんが集う超人気店です。 風格のある店構え、駐車場の広さと人気の度合いが判りますね❗ コロナ対策の為、お客さんの入り人数調整で待たされますが、それは致し方無いことです。 50分位待ってやっと入店出来ました❗ しっかりしたコロナ対策、清潔な店内はやはり安心出来ますね。お店の方の努力が伺えます。 メニューはラーメン類(醤油、塩)、つけ麺、限定麺など。 大きいチャーシューのビジュアルに惹かれ 「淡麗醤油中華そば (チャーシュー) 味玉 トッピング」 を頂きました。 大きいチャーシューで覆われたビジュアルはやはり間違いなし❗ 優しい出汁感の醤油スープは口当たりも柔らかく上品さも感じられます。 麺は喜多方ラーメンらしい加水率高目の中太縮れ麺。 バランスが良く美味しい‼️ 柔らかチャーシュー、味玉といい味で満足の完食? また伺いたいですね? 個人的には福島ご当地ラーメンは白河ラーメン派の方なのですが、久しぶりに喜多方ラーメンを頂いて喜多方ラーメンの美味しさを再確認しました。 「はせ川」さん美味しかったです❗ ご馳走様でした。?

The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles with a high water content, which is typical of Kitakata ramen. Personally, Fukushima local ramen is from the Shirakawa ramen school, but I received Kitakata ramen for the first time in a long time and reconfirmed the deliciousness of Kitakata ramen. 喜多方駅から車で北へ5分弱のところにある喜多方ラーメン店 地元民のオススメとのことで来店 当日は背脂トッピングが無料とのことで、醤油ラーメンに背脂を追加しました スープは甘めの醤油と出汁の組み合わせが抜群 スッキリとした鶏ガラにしっかりとした旨みが最高! 店内で出汁醤油が販売されていたのでその醤油なのかも知れません 本場で食べた初めての喜多方ラーメンですが、関西方面の赴きを感じびっくりです 麺は中太で手揉みぐらいの縮れ もちもちで、普通盛りでもけっこう食べごたえがありました そして圧巻は何と言ってもチャーシュー! どんぶりからはみ出るチャーシューをスープに浸してご飯と一緒に食べるともう止まらない 適度な塩加減がご飯のお供として完璧です! チャーシュー盛り合わせには燻製された小ぶりなチャーシューも含まれていて、チャーシューへのお店のこだわりが感じられました 訪れた日は平日にもかかわらず、地元の方とおぼしきお客さんで繁盛されてました またいつか食べてみたい一杯でした!

The soup has an excellent combination of sweet soy sauce and soup stock. The refreshing chicken gala and the firm taste are the best! Dashi soy sauce was sold in the store, so it may be that soy sauce. This is the first Kitakata ramen I ate at home, but I was surprised to see the trip to the Kansai area. The noodles are medium-thick and curly like hand-kneading. It was chewy and had a good taste even in a normal serving. And the best part is the char siu! If you soak the char siu that sticks out of the bowl in the soup and eat it with rice, it won't stop anymore. Moderate salting is perfect as a companion to rice! The assorted char siu also included a small smoked char siu, which made me feel the store's commitment to char siu. Even though the day I visited was a weekday, it was prosperous with customers who seemed to be locals. It was a cup I wanted to eat again someday!

店が新しくなってからは初入店です。土曜日の14:15に到着。まだ営業してました。券売機で黄金しお900円をポチッと。5分くらいで配膳されました。見た目が綺麗ですね。コショウはかけずにそのまま食べてみました。スープ、麺ともに美味しかった。チャーシューはトロトロで味がしっかりしてましたが、味がしっかりいていた分、ちょっとスープと合わない感じがしました。
This is the first time I have entered the store since it was renewed. Arrived at 14:15 on Saturday. It was still open. Click on the golden shio 900 yen at the ticket vending machine. It was served in about 5 minutes. It looks beautiful. I tried to eat it as it was without sprinkling pepper. Both the soup and the noodles were delicious. The char siu had a strong taste, but I felt that it didn't go well with the soup because the taste was strong.

Easily the best ramen I've had in Japan. Totally worth the 3hour drive plus 45 minute wait time. Although they also offer shio (salt), miso, and seabura (pork backfat) varieties, the best has to be the oroginal shoyu (soy sauce) soup. The egg and chashu toppings are fantastic as well.
