がんもの中にゆり根、湯豆腐は、柔らかい木綿豆腐にネギ、生姜、カツオ、海苔の薬味をかけて、醤油系のダシをかけて食べます。素朴な味で良かったですね。日本酒も良きチョイスしてます。

Lily roots and boiled tofu in cancer are served with a soft cotton tofu seasoned with leek, ginger, bonito, and seaweed, and soy sauce. It was good with a simple taste. Sake is also a good choice.

単品でもコースでもとても美味しい料理を提供してもらえます。
スタッフのみなさんも楽しい方ばかりですし、何人かで行けるとより楽しめると思います。
料理もそれぞれとても手が掛かっているはずなのに、大したものではない風を感じさせてもらえます。とても美味しいですのにね。
日本酒もいろいろ取り揃えていますので、お好きな方でも大丈夫でしょうね。
大変美味しいですが、やはりお高いので気軽には行けないので残念ですが周辺に来ることがあれば確実にまた伺うでしょう。
素晴らしいお店ですのでおすすめです。

I received an a la carte (single item). For me, who likes light taste, all of them were the best. Kyoto cuisine served in a quiet restaurant. It was a very good time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 余り忙しく無い時期のおきなさんは最高です。その日の仕入れの材料を、相談しながら一番美味しく仕立てていただき楽しんでいます。
繁忙期はおとなしくコースでいただき、食べ足りない時はお品書きを見て食いしん坊は発揮しています。
Okina-san is the best when she is not very busy. I enjoy making the most delicious ingredients for the day while consulting with them.
During the busy season, the course is quiet, and when you don't have enough food, you can see the item description and the glutton is demonstrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知り合いに教わって数年前に何度かお邪魔したことがあります。お料理はとても美味しく、京都で一番好きなお店でした。舌の肥えた高齢の母を京都に呼び寄せたのでぜひにと思い、お店に相談の電話をしました。お店のレイアウトや混雑時間などは分かっていたので、比較的すいている時に他のお客様の邪魔にならない席にお願いしようと思っていました。ところが女将さんの第一声は「車いすはお断りしてます」。相談の余地は一切ありませんでした。京都の他のお店は親切に応じてくださることが多かったので、大変驚きました。不老不死の身体に生まれ変わったら、またよせていただきたく思います。
I've been in the way several years ago after being taught by an acquaintance. The food was very delicious and it was my favorite restaurant in Kyoto. I called my elderly mother with a tongue to Kyoto, so I decided to call the shop for consultation. I knew the layout of the shop and the busy hours, so I was thinking of asking for a seat that wouldn't get in the way of other customers when I was relatively busy. However, the proprietress's first voice is "We do not accept wheelchairs." There was no room for consultation. I was very surprised that other shops in Kyoto were kind to me. If I am reborn as an immortal body, I would like to see you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 森嘉の嵯峨野豆腐を食べたくて、京都に来ると必ず立寄るのがおきなさん。
以前もご紹介していますが、去年の年末にリニューアルされたとかで、メニューも一新。
以前はこの3300円の定食風湯豆腐がいただけたのですが、グレードアップして、どこの料亭にも負けない、素晴らしい季節のお料理をいただけるようになりました。
若女将にお話を伺うと、以前は定食の最後に書かれていた一品料理ですが、やはり定食が目について一見さんはそちらを頼む方が多かったそう。
わたしも毎回思い立った時に伺っていたので、何も考えず湯豆腐定食一択でした。
実は常連さんは定食ではなく一品料理を楽しむ方が多かったようで、確かに一階のカウンターでは常連さんらしき方がアラカルトで頼まれていた印象…
今回美味しいもの大好きなお友達との贅沢旅行の最後に、こちらのおきなさんを選んで大正解！
グルメなお友達も唸るお味、盛り付け、しつらえにお酒がすすむ進む！笑
楽しい時間を過ごしました。
メニューについては季節のお料理を二品、湯豆腐、天ぷら、お造、うなぎから一品、あとはお食事とでザードで税抜き4500円。
季節のお料理は、夏野菜の炊き合わせと、鱧と湯葉でしたが、とにかく身体が喜んでいるのがわかる！
お刺身類や賀茂茄子の田楽も追加して、冷酒も骨董に造詣が深いご主人が集めた硝子やお猪口でいただくこの至福…！
また再訪を約し、友達と大満足で別れました。ごちそうさまでした！

I asked him every time I thought about it, so I chose the Yudofu set meal without thinking about anything.
Actually, it seems that many regulars enjoyed a single dish instead of a set meal, and it is true that at the counter on the first floor, a regular person was asked by a la carte ...
At the end of this luxury trip with a friend who loves delicious food, choose this Okina-san and get the answer!
Gourmet friends will groan, and the sake will go on with the taste, presentation, and preparation! smile

As for the menu, there are two seasonal dishes, yudofu, tempura, sashimi, one from eel, and a meal for 4500 yen excluding tax.
The seasonal dishes were a combination of summer vegetables, conger and yuba, but you can see that the body is happy anyway!
With the addition of sashimi and Kamo eggplant eggplant, this bliss of cold sake is served with glass and inoguchi collected by the master who has a deep knowledge of antiques ...!
I promised to return again and broke up with my friends with great satisfaction. Thank you for the meal!
