★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日は、サージャー麺(参辛 これが普通らしい)のザ・セット(温玉のせ+白ご飯)を頂きました。
赤いタレの上に麺が綺麗に乗って、その上に挽肉、ネギが脇に小松菜が添えられ綺麗ですね。
まずは、全体を混ぜてタレが行き渡るよう混ぜます。
食べると辛さと痺れが絶妙に舌の上に広がります。癖になる味です。箸がどんどん進みますよ。
脇に避けておいた温玉をよく混ぜ更に箸を進めます。
卵の黄身でまろやかにしかし、
スパイシーに頂けます。
麺を食べきり余ったタレの中にご飯をIN
麻辣タレと温玉のまろやかな混ぜご飯にして頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼にはじめての訪問。建物横に3台ほど駐車場あり。中に入るとまだお客さんはいません。メニューを見ながらしばらく考えてザージャン麺と餃子を注文。最初にジージャン麺が到着。餃子は焼くの失敗したのかもう一度作り直しますと言われ、その後到着。
まずジージャン麺をよく混ぜ一口、山椒のパンチがドカンと来たけど嫌じゃない！その後相方が頼んだ坦々麺も食べるとこれも美味い！もしかしたら今まで食べた坦々麺の中でも1番のような気がする。もちろん餃子も美味い。これは再訪間違いない。

初めて食べるサージャン麺なるものを頂きました。
日頃汁なし坦々麺を食べてる身としては、こちらのザージャン麺も気になるところで、食べてみるとしっかりと山椒が効いており辛味も美味しく感じられて食べることが出来たり
辛さは標準の参辛を頼みましたが、辛味の苦手な方は辛いかもしれませんね。
麺を食べた後に白飯と温玉を投入し混ぜてから食しましたが、この辺は汁なし坦々麺と変わりないと感じました。
その他にも普通のラーメンもあるので、寄って見られてはどうかなとオススメします！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ざージャン麺に白飯セットにしようとしましたが、ザセットがおすすめとのことでこちらをオーダー。辛さは、四段階選べれますが、テーブルに辛さを調節できる調味料をおいてくださっているので、ここは、あれえて零に。
辛さがないので本来のスープの味を堪能できました。その後は、山椒や唐辛子など入れてみました。その調節が難しいなと思っていたのですが、途中でも辛さを足してくれるそう。次は、三辛くらいでいってみよう。それに坦々麺もきになるところ。次への期待をこめて星4つです。

初めて行ってきました。
ザージャン麺は汁なし担々麺のようなジャンクフードっぽさの無い、似て非なるしっかりとした麺料理でした。
標準という三辛で辛さやしびれ、味のバランスがちょうど良さそうだと感じました。
もし足らなければ卓上に山椒と唐辛子と四川風辣油があります。
接客も女性店主さんが素敵で気遣いに溢れている対応をしてくださり気持ち良く食事が出来ました。
他のメニューも気になるので機会を見つけては寄ってみようと思います。
新メニューで麻婆系も気になりました。
