千	千曲谺 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可もなく不可もなく。他にもある通り麺はちょっと固め。チャーシューは脂身のないただの焼豚。完飲出来るほどのスープでもなく、何度も紹介されるほどのポテンシャルは感じられない。（色紙は大量に飾ってあるが、ほぼテレビ局のもの）梅肉は美味しかった。が、それで誤魔化しながら食べるラーメンだった。変幻自在とは物も言い様である。 It's neither good nor bad. 森	森野みどり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺はコシコシ、スープも独特、個人的には好きな味です❗ 梅塩に、替え玉、最初はストレート、替え玉は縮れがパターンです❗ お店のマイナスイメージを言う事は個人的に好きではないのですがもう我慢が出来ないので申し訳ありません。読みたくないお方は、ここから先は読まないで下さいませ。２月に退院してから、もちろん毎日ではないのですが、夕飯食事に行く度、時間通りに開いていたことが一度もありません。これが14回。空いているから中に入るとワンちゃんが吠えているにも関わらず誰も居ないことが3回。もちろん二分程度は座って待っているのに誰も来ない。そして、とうとう本日開店時間はとうに過ぎているのですがラーメンが食べたくて外で待つこと8分、向こうからワンちゃんを連れたご婦人方が三名。うち一人は福は内の女将。こちらを見て目と目が合ったにも関わらず、完無視でお店に入っていきました・・・。ふざけるなと、一言位何か有るべきでは❓心の中で叫んでしまいましたね。サービス業としての自覚が無いのなら辞めてしまえと思いつつ、今更ながらももう２度と来ませんと心に誓いました。時間を守ることはサービス業としての最低限のラインだと思っていたので、もっと早く色々と気づいていれば、こんなストレスを感じなかったのかな❓ 自分の中で最低最悪のお店になってしまいました。悲しい? 九	九時通 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味は文句ない。だから☆５。でも・・・大盛りを注文したらなぜかやたらスープが少ない。麺や具のはるか下に埋もれてしまい、スープがまったく見えない。同じ種類の普通盛りを注文したツレは普通にスープがひたひた状態。この店の「大盛り」って単純に普通盛りに麺を一玉多く乗せただけじゃないのか？このせいでまったくスープが足りず麺に絡まず味のない麺をすすり続けるという地獄を味わった。「大盛り」程度の変化にも対応できない、工夫もへったくれもない頭の悪い店、というか何も考えてない店だと思う。ちなみこの店のメニューにしっかり「大盛り」が載っていてそれを注文しただけであり、当方がメニューに載っていない特別な注文をしたわけではないことを申し添えておく。とはいえ味は文句ない。だからやっぱり☆５。 The taste is perfect. 小	小滝英史 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あっさりとした豚骨ラーメン。スープは美味しいが自分はあとひと塩パンチがあると更に良いと思いました！麺が細平打ち麺で尾道ラーメンのお店などでも見かける麺でスープに絡みやすく好きです！ Simple pork bone ramen. The soup is delicious, but I thought it would be better if I had another salt punch! The noodles are thin flat noodles and you can easily get involved in the soup with noodles you can see in Onomichi ramen shops!
M	M B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『変幻自在の一杯』と、書かれた元ラーメン王の石神氏の色紙が飾ってありました。豚骨スープがベースで塩か醤油を選べるシステムになっていたので梅しおを注文。種と皮を剥がして潰してある梅がドンと乗せてあり、クリーミーな豚骨スープに少しずつ梅を溶かせて食べると妙にあっさりと食べられ食が進みます。チャシューも焦がしてあって美味しく全体的に好みの味です。ただ店内はカウンター6席でカウンターには壁があり、調理場はまったく見えないのですが中で鍋の蓋をガチャンガチャンと何度も音を立てては賑やかで落ち着けませんでした。ラーメンはとてもおいしい良い物だけに非常に残念で☆3にしてます。間違いなくうめしおは本当に美味しいです！あととても分かりにくく、自宅を改装したお店で駐車場が小型車が一台のみとなっているので気を付けて下さい。 "A cup of illusion" The colored paper of Mr. Ishigami, the former king of ramen, was displayed.
