★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシューラーメンの麺半玉を食べました､チャーシューが トロトロでもの凄く美味しいかったです｡
元祖花びらチャーシューメンは ほんとに花びらみたいで 食べ応えがありそうでした｡
次は おすすめの塩バターラーメンを食べてみたいです｡
 I ate a half-boiled egg of char siu ramen, and the char siu was very delicious even in Toro Toro.
The original petal char siu men were really like petals and seemed to be satisfying to eat.
Next time I would like to try the recommended salt butter ramen.

元祖花びらチャーシューメンを頂きました。
チャーシュー一枚一枚が決して小さくなく、かつ柔らかく、味もしっかり染みて食べ応え充分！
お値段もハイクオリティなのに安い。
チャーシュー好きな人には堪らない満足の一杯でしょう(^^)

コチラでは売りの花びらチャーシューメンに目が行きがちですが、十五屋さんは基本のラーメンが美味しいんです。
旨味たっぷりのスープに、コクのある醤油ダレ（チャーシューダレ）をしっかり味わえます。
メニューですがトッピングには珍しい❝バター❞が有ります。
おすすめの❝塩バターラーメン❞が目に止まりましたが…
本日は❝ミニ元祖花びらチャーシューメン￥980❞をいただきました。
今日はお肉が食べたかったんです(^^;)
ミニっても、麺が半玉なだけで、肉量は半端ないですｗ
味がよく染み柔らか。一枚ずつでも、ネギをサンドしても美味しくいただけます。
食べても食べてもまだあるヨって、たまりません(^^)
丼を開拓して見えた麺は、中細で固めの茹で加減。私好みです。
そして他の具材はシャキシャキのもやし、コリコリのきくらげ、色々味わえる完成された一杯です。
店内の席はカウンター席が２か所。
あとはテーブル席ですが、間隔がしっかりあけてあり広いです。
駐車場は店舗向かいに５台分。
２輪車も兼用、こちらも広いです(^^)
支払いはPayPay使用可です。
チャーシューですが、３月にいただいた❝元祖花びらチャーシューメン￥1280❞より美味しく感じました。
調理方が変わったのかな？

It's easy to look at the petal char siu noodles for sale here, but Jugoya's basic ramen is delicious.
You can enjoy the rich soy sauce sauce (char siu sauce) in the delicious soup.
Although it is a menu, there is ❝ butter ❞, which is rare for toppings.
The recommended ❝ salt butter ramen ❞ caught my eye ...
Today, I received ❝ Mini Original Petal Char Siu Men ¥ 980❞.
I wanted to eat meat today (^^;)
Even if it is a mini, the noodles are only half balls, and the amount of meat is not odd w
It tastes good and is soft. You can enjoy it one by one or sandwich the green onions.
Even if I eat it, I still have it (^^)
The noodles that you can see after cultivating the bowl are medium-thin and hard boiled. I like it.
And the other ingredients are crispy bean sprouts, crunchy wood ear, and a complete cup that you can enjoy in various ways.
There are two counter seats in the store.
The rest is table seats, but they are wide and well-spaced.
The parking lot is for 5 cars opposite the store.
It can also be used as a two-wheeled vehicle, which is also wide (^^)
Payment can be made with PayPay.
It's char siu, but I felt it was more delicious than the ❝ original petal char siu men ¥ 1280❞ that I received in March.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サッパリとしてますが、しっかりとした味がある塩ラーメンです。美味いです。
個人的にはバターを入れるのが好きですが、バターを入れたら後半おもくてキツくなります笑
スープ飲みたいならバターは回避した方が良いかもしれません。
また、麺の硬さは聞かれませんでしたが、このスープなら硬めで食べたかったです。
It's refreshing, but it's a salt ramen with a strong taste. It's delicious.
Personally, I like to add butter, but if I add butter, it will be harder in the second half lol
If you want to drink soup, you may want to avoid butter.
Also, I wasn't asked how hard the noodles were, but I wanted to eat this soup hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ザ・ラーメンの後継と言う事で行って見ました。
１４時位でしたので、先客は一人で待つこと無く座れました。
綺麗な店内よく見ると、前店舗で使ってた小物を発見して、少し懐かしくなりました。
注文は本家とは違い感じの良い店員のお姉さんが注文を聞いてくれます。
花びらチャーシューは値段が高いので、普通のチャーシューにしました。
味の方は本家より少し美味しいかな。
緑井の平安閣辺りの竹藪でやってた頃の、ザ・ラーメンの豚骨が食べたいな〜

The order is made by a clerk's older sister who feels different from the original one.
Petal char siu is expensive, so I chose regular char siu.
The taste is a little tastier than the original one.
I want to eat the pork bones of The Ramen when I was in the bamboo bush around the Heiankaku in Midorii ~

麺は細くなり、スープはあっさり目に。温度低めなのは変わらなかったかな。
チャーシューは美味しかった～✨
満腹です。ご馳走様でした。

麺もスープも美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした
帰りに1周年記念のうちわを頂きました。うちの猫も大喜びです。
