e	e m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サイトで予約を取り、初めての利用でした。サイト予約の際に担当する方の性別が選べたので女性を選択しましたが、当日行くと女性スタッフがいないからと男性スタッフにされました。男性が苦手だったので少し嫌でしたが、断って帰ることも出来ずそのままカラーをしてもらいました。始めはカラー色を詳しく説明して下さり、丁寧でしたがカラーを落とす際のシャンプーは1回(基本2回)で、ドライヤー後のヘアセットも全くされずボサボサのまま終了しました。(大体どこの店舗もシャンプー、ブロー、セット込です。) またその時つけていたマスクの紐も染剤で汚れており、耳の後ろが痒くなりました。汚れるなら外してもらうなり、替えのマスクを用意するなりすればいいのに。私は美容専門学校に通っていたので、それなりに知識はありますが、、ここのお店は二度と行かないです。バレないだろうとお客を適当に扱っていることが信じられないです。 I made a reservation on the site and it was my first time to use it.
