★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お好み焼が出てくるまで１時間30分待ちました❗常に沢山作ってるのですが、全部宅配分でした?食べに来ず注文して届けてもらった方が良いのかなぁ？って思いました。だから店内は金曜日にも関わらず空いておりました?
 I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes until Okonomiyaki comes out ❗ I always make plenty of time, but it was all home delivery ? I wonder if it is better to have ordered and not delivered to eat? I tought. So inside the shop was vacant regardless of Friday ?

駐車場がないのが星－1かな。
焼くのに20分くらいかかるから、電話で注文しとくと早いです。電話注文したらスタンプもらえて、10個貯まると1枚無料になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お好み焼きの品質に関しては、かなりばらつきがあり作る人によって全然味が違います。
何度か利用しているのですが、黒焼の場合について書き込みます。
女性の方が焼くと焼きが足りず押さえつけに力もなく麺が柔らかく歯応えがありません。
男性の方だと、力があるのが押さえつけが強く麺がカリカリに焼き上がります。
男性女性で区別するのは如何な物かと思いますが、私が何度も行くとそれだけ作り手によって味が違います。
上手い焼き手の方に作って貰えば美味しいのですが、毎回そんなギャンブルのようにヒヤヒヤしながら行くのは嫌なので、品質に安定が出来れば行く事があるかも知れません。

ねぎまよの黒焼きを頂きました
焼き上がるまで20～30分かかります
麺が挽き肉でパリパリに成るまで焼いてます
少し油ぽさが有りますが、美味しく頂きました
