も	もぐ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大町のやまやさんの近くです。駐車場は３台くらい停められそうでした。つけめん専門でやってらっしゃるお店でした。メニューもわかりやすく、今回はサービスランチ(つけめん並とミニチャーシュー丼)の中辛を美味しくいただきました(^-^) 見た目ではそう見えなかったけれど野菜かなり入ってました。よくしめた麺はもちろん良かったですが、つけだれが最後までしっかり味があり美味しかったです。チャーシュー丼は小さいさいの目切りにしたチャーシューが乗ったごはんでした。脂身はほぼなしで甘めのタレでほっとする感じでした。つけだれの辛みは足らなかったら足していただけるようです。あとからでも足してもらえるのは助かります… あと、自分でゆでるタイプの麺や茹でてある麺、それからタレなど持ち帰りもあるようでした。 It is near Yamaya in Omachi.
