略	略称TaKo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/8 こちら、たまたま通りがかり、目に入ったお店です。何となく惹かれて入店しました(^^;) 入店してすぐに券売機が有ります。食券を買い、空いてる席にどうぞ～、というスタイルです。本日はランチメニューの❝味玉はやぶさらーめん￥650❞をいただきました。程なくして提供されたこちら、スープを一口すすると、豚骨メインの出汁がグッと感じられます。麺は中太、歯触り良くスープと相まって美味しいです。具材で目を引くのは、厚切りのあぶりチャーシュー。箸で簡単に切れ、味付けも絶品。そして煮卵を惜しげも無く乗せ、黒マー油を浮かせるなど、かなり手の込んだ一杯です。もはやここまで仕込まれると、広島で良くある醤油豚骨中華そばとは全く別物です。これで￥650とは驚きです！また、私はスタンダードで充分美味しいと思いましたが、卓上調味料の種類が多く、自分好みに味変できます。汁なし担々麺用に多いのでしょうかね(^^) 店内はカウンター席がメインで、テーブル席は奥に一つだけです。なにより感染対策がほぼ完璧で、安心していただけます。なのでお一人様での訪問がベストです。駐車場は２台分有ります。店舗の場所、立地は決して良い所とは言えませんが、こちら、個人的に超「いいね！」と思いました。次回はもう一つの押し麺、汁なし担担麺をいただきたいですね(^^) 2021/8 This is a shop that I happened to pass by and caught my eye.
