We had the special wagyu and the Shabu shabu. Wagyu is really good. You must tried. Service was also outstanding and very beautiful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the wagyu steak rice box. The meat is juicy and perfectly cooked. The restaurant is newly open and well furnished, it also has a small japanese style garden which enriches the dining atmosphere. Price is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a reservation for 8ppl at 13:30. When we arrived the shop is not crowded, even on a public holiday. We ordered 2 special wagyu beef , 1 normal wagyu beef and one shabushabu. The beef were great, the tofu is also well made. A very nice place to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really enjoyed my meal here! The ambiance was amazing and serene. The decor was warm and cozy. We were seated near the back and had a great views of the garden. It is a quiet restaurant and had a library level voice which was quite nice so you can definitely enjoy the people you are with and the conversation quite easily. The restaurant wasn't completely full so it might be different when you visit. We ordered the local Kyoto Wagyu and it was great! They do add their own sauce to it so some may enjoy others may not if they are hoping for the pure Wagyu experience. They also have a nice vegetarian option with their mouth watering tofu option that my fiancee chose. The service was friendly and very quick. Most importantly they took credit card which was awesome since I was hoping to hold on to my yen for some street food. I would come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is lots of wow factor here. Modern, great Kyoto garden, tasty food. Service is average, and cost is above average but fair.
Very hard to find nice restaurants like this in Arashiyama area, so I definitely recommend it.
Try Wagyu beef and other menus like Kyoto Yuba Tofu dishes.
