Best Steak house in japan

J	J- P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there on the 13 of January 2016. It appears that aged wagyu is best served medium-well... At least that is what was told to me by the waiters on his ipad???? Go figure.... Anyway, if you like expensive overcooked steak with an amateur service, this is the place for you!

Meat was very high quality. Service was prompt. Visited on a Sunday night and the place was quiet. They do allow smoking as do most Japanese restaurants and the portions sizes are also Japanese. Overall good Japanese steakhouse.

A	Alan Wilson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic steak. Like a lot of people we arrived in Kyoto tired after a long day of travel - in our case from Miyajima island. We took a chance and pitched up without a reservation on a Sunday night and were made welcome and had one of the best steaks we have had in a long while. Prices may seem expensive but two steaks, a bottle of wine and a desert to follow for £75 is not a bad price!! The atmosphere is really nice - a small restaurant, that can take around 16 people makes it cosy and atmospheric. We had a great meal. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant and would go again.
