As far as I can tell- he's the only one that cooks. He works super hard and long hours. Do yourself a favour and check this place out. It will be worth your time.

Staff is only part time, no possible to have French fries only for kids (have to order a full hamburger set to get French fries). Hamburger tastes pretty good, French fries arrive cold, coffee is awful... not a place I will come back for sure

Burgers were around 1500 yen a piece so not the cheapest. It came in a set/combo with fries and drink. Hit the spot after a lot of japanese food.
