い	いしはらかよ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 泊まりで軽井沢へ。ゴルフをしてから、いざ夕食のお店へ( •ω•ฅ) 人気で予約が取れないと聞いていましたが、たまたま5時半からなら空いているとの事。きのこづくしと?書いてあったので、凄く楽しみにいきました♪雰囲気のあるお店で 4席の１つに通され、色々説明をして頂きました。凄くこだわりのあるお店なんだと思いました。前菜からお菓子までの流れ、ゆっくり食事が出来ました。ありがとうございました? Overnight to Karuizawa. After playing golf, go to the dinner shop (• ω • ฅ) I heard that it was so popular that I couldn't make a reservation, but it happened that it was vacant from 5:30. It was written as mushrooms ?, so I was really looking forward to it ♪ At a shop with an atmosphere I was passed through one of the four seats and explained various things. I thought it was a very particular shop. The flow from appetizers to sweets, I was able to eat slowly. Thank you ?
H	HANA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ きのこが嫌いじゃなければ絶対に行って損はない、大事な人以外には内緒にしたくなるようなお店。要予約。コースに含まれている20種類(！)のきのこが使われているスープだけでも十分価値がある。食用きのこってそんなにある？って考えるだけでも面白い。付け合わせや盛り付けも繊細で目にも美味しい。お店のかたもとても気さくで、穏やかで優しい。食べたあと、デトックス効果で体調が整った気がする。帰りは道端にきのこを探しながら歩きました(´ω｀) If you don't hate mushrooms, you can definitely go there, and it's a shop that you'll want to keep secret except for your loved ones. ゆ	ゆう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日12:00予約して2名で入店。最近人気になり過ぎて相当前から予約しないといけません。直前にキャンセル等で運良く予約できるかもしれませんが。ライトコースを注文。どれもこれも美味しいです。盛り付けが美し過ぎる。こちらのお店の味付けが大好きです。前菜、サラダ、スープメイン、デザート、小菓子、カフェ最初から最後まで全てこだわっています。料理長ご本人が説明してくれる時があるのですがとてつもないこだわりをお持ちでものすごい時間をかけて下準備されている事に毎回驚きます。きのこの使い方がすごく上手でどのお料理にもさりげなく入っておりほんのり感じられます。パンもきのこを練り込んでおりほんのり香るもちもちのパンです。パンまで美味しいとは。きのこを全面に出したスープは絶品です。ご夫婦の人柄がとても素敵です。私の中ではトータルで一番のお店です。 Book at 12:00 on weekdays and enter the store with 2 people. There are times when the chef himself explains, but every time I am surprised that even if I have a tremendous commitment, it takes a great deal of time to prepare. Mushrooms are very good at using, and they are casually included in any dish, so you can feel them slightly. Bread is a chewy bread that is kneaded with mushrooms and has a slight scent. What is delicious bread? The soup with mushrooms on the whole surface is excellent. The personality of the couple is very nice. It's the best shop in total for me.

o	ota Ota on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful house near the Kumoro Pond. Very small homely settings with less than 8~9 tables. This is a small establishment but the food and service are top notched! We sat by the balcony with a nice view of the woods. Service was attentive and uses old traditional French concept in its settings. A hidden gem! Taste ~ Cream of mushrooms was great with 20 types of fungi!, the plate of mixed mushrooms ~ deliciously pan-fried with garlic, great fillet pork and nagano beef with porcini sauce. Ended with a coconut ice cream with crepes. Overall food was excellent! Cost ~ Average, we spend ¥8000+ for 2 lunch set plus add-ons, the mushrooms plater and a beer

Our menu was hand printed with everything depicted as the real. All delicious and presentable. We were explained dish after dish for the material to the mode of eating. An enjoyable night with great food of French style. Very good dinning experience.

My second time visit two days ago was still fantastic! 2018...My third time visit today (16 Nov 2018), so happy to get two seats for lunch... those wild mushrooms are just too delicious.
