★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing! Upon inquiring the availability, the reception personnel informed that there is a one hour waiting. Then suddenly in a few seconds, he told us that the reception was closed. We saw the Japanese customers being entertained even after that. It was evident that he was not willing to entertain foreigners. Highly unfair and indifferent attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was unfriendly and borderline rude. We ordered Italian salad with instructions to exclude a specific ingredient due to allergies however they still included that in the dish. We highlighted this and reiterated but this happened the second time as well. Not going back again given the taste and quality of the dishes does not warrant such rude behavior from the staff. There was one particular gentleman at the reception who specially needs some feedback on how to engage with customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food and amazing staff. We visited last year and also came back last weekend. We got pizza and pasta, and they all tasted amazing.
The service is nice and the restaurant is very clean. During our last visit, we dropped something in between the wooden flooring outside the restaurant and the staff took over 20minutes to help us get it out, in the freezing cold. Really appreciated the service and definitely would come again?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ came for dinner, ordered prosciutto pizza and linguine seafood. theyre both great with good service. no reservations can be made which means you will probably get a seat however the night atmosphere is not too cosy. quite bright yellow lighting and open space.
