ワイン好きですがペアリングで頂いたのは初めてでした。ロゼのシャンパンから始まって全てお料理とマリアージュ?
又次回は避暑で行かせて頂きたいですネ
関西からだとちょっと遠いですけど〜
軽井沢もレストランプリマベーラも居心地最高でした^_^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日が昇ってる時に来た方が良い。暗いとせっかくの景色が見れない。ディナーメニューは1万円以下と1.5万円が有りましたが、なるべく1.5万円にした方が良いでしょう。アルコールはペアリングにしました。ワインの合わせ方上手です。銘柄考えたらお値打ちですね。ペアリング2名分含めグラスシャンパンやビールなど多めに飲んで6.5万でした。量やワインによっては前後する様です。
You had better come when the sun is rising. I can't see the scenery when it's dark. The dinner menu was 10,000 yen or less and 15,000 yen, but it is better to make it 15,000 yen as much as possible. Alcohol was paired. Good at matching wine. It's a good value if you think about the brand. I drank a lot of glass of champagne and beer, including 2 pairings, and it was 65,000. It seems to be mixed up depending on the amount and wine.

We had a birthday lunch here with course menu.
Locates near ginza street, which is a vibrant shopping street.
Staff were well educated and gave us a good explanation of dishes.
Recommended if you want to have French dishes.
