Reasonable and casual, but you can enjoy a course with a certain taste. This restaurant is recommended for those who want to relax and have lunch away from the lively place of old Karuizawa.

This is the first time I have used this shop.
It's a Southern France-style unpretentious shop!
For the dishes of the owner chef, we had a course meal that you can feel the high quality. It was delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 南仏の海が見下ろせる田舎の裏路地にあるような、隠れた名店です。リアル裏路地にあります。
職人肌のオーナーが、肉も魚もササっと出してくれます。笑顔が可愛いです。
そして何より美味しい。チキンの皮をこれほどパリつかせたのは下町の60年続く焼き鳥屋以来。優れた技術と経験があります。サラダもワインも邪魔しないセレクト。
価格は麻布の1/2〜1/3くらいですかね。日本のちょっとお高い蕎麦屋さんくらいの金額で食べれちゃいます。
店内はそれこそ隠れ家。ディズニーのコンセプトショップの様なそれは、包まれる安心感と、気取らない素材感でまとめられており、思わずダラッと過ごしたくなります。
何よりBGMが素晴らしい。ハーモニカ主体のヨーロッパカントリー調。楽しくもどこか寂しさが漂う絶妙な音ざわり。
また来ます。だ、誰か連れてきます。
It is a well-known hidden store in the back alley of the countryside overlooking the sea of Southern France. Located in the real back alley.
The owner of the craftsman's skin will serve meat and fish quickly. The smile is cute.
And above all, it's delicious. It's the first time I've made chicken skin so crispy since the 60-year-old yakitori restaurant in downtown. We have excellent technology and experience. A selection that does not interfere with salads or wine.
The price is about 1/2 to 1/3 of Azabu. You can eat it for the price of a slightly expensive soba restaurant in Japan.
The inside of the store is a hideaway. Like Disney's concept shop, it's wrapped in a sense of security and an unpretentious texture that makes you want to spend a relaxing time.
BGM is wonderful above all. European country style with harmonica. An exquisite sound that is fun but has some loneliness.
I will come again. But I'll bring someone.

I used it on weekday nights. There was no course meal and it was a little expensive, but the service and food were good. I want to use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could always locate a restaurant with great quality and with dishes surprised me in Karuizawa. Panacher is a restaurant with subtle frontage but with great surprise because of their dishes, wine and humble services. Their wine selection is mainly on burgundy with high performance. Happy to see their right choice of glass for serving burgundy. A glass of burgundy is really a perfect pairing to the main dishes. From starters to dessert, I am so satisfied! Recommended!
