★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出石そばが食べたくて城崎温泉から帰り道に寄り道しました。
皿そばを食べましたが、そば湯まで全てが美味しかったです。
男性20枚、女性15枚食べたら記念品もらえるみたいです。
 I wanted to eat Izushi soba, so I took a detour on my way home from Kinosaki Onsen.
I ate plate soba, but everything was delicious, including soba hot water.
It seems that if you eat 20 men and 15 women, you will get a souvenir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ やや細めで、今まで食べた中では少し色が薄めの麺でしたが、見た目に反して風味もありとても美味しく、また、細めの麺のおかげで食べやすかったですね。
出汁も美味しくツルツルと箸が進み、とりあえず目標値にしていた２０皿は、楽に食べることが出来ました。
２０皿完食の記念品、他の店ではありきたりな『通行手形』しかもらったことが無かったのですが、こちらでは小皿を選択する事ができたのは非常に嬉しいですね。通行手形、記念にはなるけど使い道無いですし(苦笑)
テーブル席があるのは嬉しいですね。座敷しか無いお店も多いので…腰痛持ちにはつらいんですよね。
店員さんたちの対応もとてもよかったです。また訪問したいです。
The noodles were a little thin and a little lighter in color than I had ever eaten, but they were very tasty with a flavor that was contrary to the appearance, and thanks to the thin noodles, it was easy to eat.
The soup stock was delicious and the chopsticks went smoothly, and I was able to easily eat the 20 dishes that I had set as the target value for the time being.
I had never received a souvenir of 20 dishes, a "passing bill" that is common in other stores, but I am very happy that I was able to choose a small plate here. It will be a memorial, but it has no use (bitter smile)
It's nice to have a table seat. There are many shops that only have tatami mats, so it's hard for people with back pain.
The correspondence of the clerk was also very good. I want to visit again.

1人前が小さ目の皿で5枚です。
30枚で記念品が貰えるみたいです。
少し白く細い蕎麦ですが、味と香りがしっかりしてとても美味しかったです。
10枚で満足できました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出石のそば屋さんは4、5軒行った事があり官兵衛さんも評価が良いので行きたいと思っていました。
3年位前の感想ですが、緑色がかった香りも独特のおそばでした。新そばだったからかな？初めての色と香りでとても美味しかったです。ぜひ再訪したいです。

最初の店は妻一押しの勘兵衞さんを選びました。
蕎麦は一日十食限定の田舎蕎麦にしました。十割そばなのに凄くコシがあり香りも強くてメッチャ美味しかったです。
又、蕎麦は細打ち麺で表面はツルツルしていて、舌触りのど越しとも最高でした。
蕎麦つゆは、出汁が良く効いた少し甘目のつゆでした。蕎麦との相性もバッチリでした。

Also, the buckwheat noodles were finely beaten noodles and the surface was smooth, and the texture was the best.
The soba soup was a slightly sweet soup with a good soup stock. The compatibility with soba was perfect.

評価の高いお店はみんな行列ができていて、評価がそこそこで、行列のしてないこのお店を選びました。
出石そばは、やっぱり出石そばだなぁ、という感じで、おいしかったけど、特に飛び抜けたところもなかったです。
出石そばは、みんなそんな感じなのかもしれません。
