★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 香りのある美味しい蕎麦でした。ネギとわさびとおろしの薬味、とろろと卵もついてきます。5皿が基本ですが、当方40代男、足らなそうなので追加で5皿頼んで満足できる量でした。だしも香りがよく蕎麦湯も美味しく頂きました。
It was a delicious soba with aroma. It also comes with green onions, wasabi and grated condiments, tororo and eggs. Basically, 5 dishes are used, but I'm a man in his 40s, so I asked for an additional 5 dishes and it was a satisfying amount. The soup stock had a nice scent and the soba hot water was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出石そばを食べる目的で出石に行きましたが、どこのお店が美味しいのか調べないで訪れました。現地に到着して薬局のおばさんとガソリンスタンドのおやじさんに『地元の人が食べに行く美味しい出石そばの店はどこですか？』と尋ねたらお二人とも『そば庄』さんが美味しいよと勧められました。流石地元の人気だけあって蕎麦といいつゆといい抜群の味でした。打ち立ての蕎麦を井戸水でしっかり締めているので歯ごたえが独特でした。また利用したいです
I went to Izushi for the purpose of eating Izushi soba, but I visited without checking which shop was delicious. Upon arriving at the site, the aunt at the pharmacy and the old man at the gas station asked, "Where is the delicious Izushi soba restaurant where locals go to eat?
