c	carpenter k.k. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪な天気の中目当ての店に着いてみると20人ほど行列? 台風なみの風、傘をさしていても意味がないほどの横殴りの雨の中並ぶのは厳しいので、目についたこちらに駆け込みました。お店はとても綺麗でテーブル席、座敷、テラス席もありテラス席からは池越しに辰鼓楼がよく見えます。天気が良ければテラスで食べたかったです。ちなみにテラスはペット同伴可、店内バリアフリー対応です。さてお蕎麦ですが美味しいです。良くも悪く？も普通に美味しいです。「最初は藻塩で食べて下さい」と言われたので藻塩で食べてみるとまずまず。薬味はねぎ、わさび、大根おろし、とろろ、生卵とあり好みで味変して美味しくいただきました。生卵は鶏卵でしたがうずらの卵ぐらいのほうが良いかも? 出石の蕎麦屋さんは大体鶏卵ですよね? 1人前5皿850円(やくみ付) 追加5皿650円で出石では平均的な値段です。ごちそうさまでした。 When I arrived at the store I was looking for in the worst weather, about 20 people lined up ? マ	マッシー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コシがありツルッとした食感の柔らかい蕎麦です。つゆは鰹風味の醤油のつゆでさっぱりととしてました。薬味は藻塩、わさび、葱、長芋、卵などで風味を変えて楽しめます。藻塩はあっさりと蕎麦の風味がひきたちます。長芋と卵は味が濃厚になりこれも美味です。後で出された蕎麦湯はとろみがありほっこりしました。一人前は5皿で850円でした。もう少し欲しかったので蕎麦5皿追加(650円)で合計1500円の支払いでした。テラス席もあります。駐車場は徒歩で2〜3分の所で2台駐車できます。 It is a soft soba with a chewy and smooth texture.
