さすが、お蕎麦がすごく美味しい。山芋、卵、ネギ、おろしがついてきます。 女性でも10皿はいけちゃいます。20皿食べると木札がもらえます。

こちらのお店は駐車場から、一番近くて人気店の様です。寒かったですが、店の外に行列が出来ていたので、つられて並びました。 小皿に盛られた皿そば5枚が一人前です。 麺のこしもあり、美味しかったですが、皿の上に乗せているため、どうしても水切りが出来ず、つゆにつけた際の水っぽさは否めません。 一人前5皿では正直食べ足りない感じです。 薬味は卵、ネギ、大根おろし、わさび、とろろと5種類ついてます。 蕎麦湯も声かけすれば、もらえます。 こちらの店は入り口入ってすぐに厨房のようで、従業員たちの声が騒々しかったです。 あとは、皿を洗う音が終始うるさく、ガチャガチャガチャガチャと落ち着かない雰囲気の中で食べました。 会計時も、今やってる用事を済ませてからという感じで待たされました。 もうちょっと、お客さんに気遣いの出来るお店がいいですね。 出石にはお蕎麦屋さんがたくさんあるので、リピなしは確定しました。

麺は今まで食べた出石蕎麦に比べるとモッチリしていて、出石蕎麦としては好みではない。出汁は平凡な味かな?薬味入れて何とか。 席は奥の座敷でしたが座卓にはアクリル板もなく換気等コロナ対策はあまり感じられず不安でした。 提供時間は遅く、結局後から来た人と同じタイミングで来ました。まとめて茹でてるのかな?最初に店の人が、追加は時間かかるから最初に追加分含んだ皿数を頼むのを奨められ、結局それでも食べ切って、追加したかったが周りのお客さんも追加しようとして店員さんに時間かかると言われて断念してたので、止めました。あと、他店では必ず出て来る蕎麦かりんとうの付き出しは無し、薬味はワサビ(少ない。)と大根おろしとネギに、とろろと生卵。

とても美味しいです。 ミシュランガイド兵庫2016掲載店です。 そばの実から店内で挽いた自家製粉だから香りとのどごしが全然違います。出石手打ち皿そばが楽しめます。

私自身、お蕎麦にはあまり詳しくはないのですが、好んで昼食に頂きます。 この日は早めにバイクで寄らせて頂いて、ブランチとなりました。 午前10時過ぎに駐車場に到着。お店の手前に数台止める事の出来る駐車場は、この時点では私が一番のりのようでした。 入口を入ってすぐに、お蕎麦の産地が「青森県」との記載がありました。 通常、5皿が一人前のようです。20皿で記念品を頂きました。 お蕎麦は、おツユとの相性も良く、私はあっさりと20皿を頂きました。 新そばの時期にまた寄らせて頂きたいです。

「そば巡り巾着セット」で訪問した1店舗目。15人弱並んでいましたが、20~30分ほど待ちました。店員さんの対応がとても良かったです。そば巡りセットだったので、3皿のみでしたが、ぺろっと食べることができました。美味しかった!
