★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出石そばといえば山芋と卵ですが、ここは要らないと言えばちゃんとした蕎麦を味わえます。町家造りの落ち着いた店で、並んでる店よりはるかに落着いてゆっくり食事ができます。
Izushi soba is yam and eggs, but if you don't need it here, you can enjoy proper buckwheat noodles. It is a relaxed, machiya-style restaurant where you can enjoy a much more relaxed meal than the shops lined up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物だけでも行く価値はあるかも。150年前に建築されたよう。柱、梁がりっぱ、室内が落ち着いている。蕎麦は、出石として良いレベルでの標準。
The building alone may be worth the trip. It seems to have been built 150 years ago. The pillars and beams are fine, and the room is calm. Soba is a standard at a good level as a stone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浅口蕎麦クラブ、そば打ち講座生が参加する記念小旅行で、兵庫県の小京都、出石を訪問。最初有名店の大店で食べたのだが、物足りないので、評価の高い店へ。ところがそこは定休なので、近所のこの店へ。蕎麦ば旨い。出汁はいりこの効いた辛汁だ。小体な店だが満足。皿そば一人前800円とビールで1400円。ご馳走さまでした。
A memorial excursion involving Asakuchi soba club, buckwheat course student, visited Koyo, Izushi in Hyogo prefecture. First I ate at a big store in a famous store, but because it is unsatisfactory, I went to a store with a high rating. However, because it is closed there, I went to this neighborhood store. Delicious if buckwheat. The soup stock is delicious with delicious Noriko. It bodies of shops but satisfaction. It is 800 yen for dish and 1,400 yen for beer. It was a feast.

とても落ち着いた雰囲気で出石皿そばを頂けます。
The inside looks like a private house.
You can enjoy Izushi plate soba in a very calm atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中心からは少し離れていますが時間をずらしていけばあまり待たずにゆっくり食べることができます。そばもつゆもマイルドなので辛めが好きな方には物足りないかもしれませんね。でも値段も高くないしそばよりむしろ蕎麦湯に感動しました。
Although it is a little far from the center, you can eat slowly without waiting too long if you stagger the time. Soba tsuyu is also mild so it may not be enough for those who like spicy food. But the price was not high and I was impressed by the soba noodles rather than the soba noodles.

その中でいただくお蕎麦はコシがあるのに喉越し良く食べやすく美味しいです。
更にお出汁もとても美味しく、お蕎麦とのバランスも最高です。
自宅からは2時間少しかかりますが、年に4,5回は寄せてもらってます！
The atmosphere of an old folk house makes you feel nostalgic and calm.
The soba noodles you have in it are chewy but easy to eat and delicious.
Furthermore, the soup stock is very delicious and the balance with the soba is the best.
It takes a little over two hours from home, but I get them four or five times a year!

麺はすごく細くこしがあります。
A soba restaurant in a quiet, small old folk house off the main street. I was able to calm down and eat.
The noodles are very thin and chewy.
