忙しい時間帯が恐らくすぎたところだったようで空席ありましたが、お食事中のお客様もいらっしゃったので、スタッフさんが限られた人数で対応されてたのか、下膳が追い付いてなく、とっちらかった様子はありました。
お蕎麦は、黒そば、やや太め
つゆは少し甘め
7皿(約1.5人前) 美味しくいただきました
行った時間帯、平日という点で
すっと入れて、ささっと食べて、退店できました。
接客やかかる時間も可もなく不可もなく、普通に気持ちよかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出汁が少し濃い目で鰹の風味が効いていて、卵と合わせるといい感じでした。
ただそばそのものが細かく切れてるものが多くてちょっと残念な感じでした。
店内は広かったです。混雑していなかったためか注文してから提供されるまで早かったです。

店員さんの対応もよく、お蕎麦も大変美味しかったです。
I came to the store at 13:00 on weekdays, and there was only one group of other customers, so I was able to relax.
The clerk responded well and the soba was very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ そばの太さ・茹で具合が丁度よく、濃い目のつゆによく合います。手元の消毒、検温、換気、座敷の衝立、使用済み席の除菌清掃、マスク会食などのコロナ対策もされていました。
駐車場も完備されています。
皿そば20皿、30皿完食で記念品が貰えます。過去に手形を3つもらいました。頑張っているお店です❗

友人に誘われて初めてこのお店を訪問。
広くて綺麗な店内で食べるお蕎麦は美味でした。すこし柑橘系の香りがする蕎麦つゆで
さっぱりといただきました。10枚食べました。また立ち寄ってみたいお店の1つです。

I visited this shop for the first time after being invited by a friend.

It was refreshing. I ate 10 sheets. It is one of the shops I would like to stop by again.

宿泊施設に割引券(10％OFF)がありましたので、出石城散策の後に立ち寄りました。
お店の前には大きな駐車場があります。
間口は狭かったのですが、店内は奥行きがありモダンでキレイです。
出石皿そばは、５盛りが1人前で薬味に山芋、玉子、ネギ、わさびが付いています。
出し汁は濃いめで醤油辛いかな～。山芋、玉子を入れるとちょうどよい味かげんですね。
そば団子やそばぜんざいもメニューにあったのですがお腹が一杯になったので断念しました。
対応してくださったスタッフの接客もよかったです。

There was a discount ticket (10% OFF) at the accommodation, so I stopped by after walking around Izushijo.
There is a large parking lot in front of the shop.
The frontage was narrow, but the interior is deep, modern and beautiful.
Izushi soba is served in 5 servings and comes with yam, egg, green onion and wasabi.
The soup stock is thick and spicy with soy sauce. If you add yam and egg, it tastes just right.
Soba dumplings and soba zenzai were also on the menu, but I gave up because I was full.
The customer service of the staff who responded was also good.
