薬味の山椒が効いて。寒い時期に食べれば身体が暖まってもっといいだろうね。もちろん皿そばもいただきました。

お決まりのそばつゆ薬味が運ばれてきました。お決まりの卵とわさび、少なめのネギと、これまた少なめのとろろ、、、大根おろしはありませんでした。
はしご蕎麦、２軒目だったので、どうしても比べてしまいます(^-^;
おそばをいただくと、のど越しはいいですが、、、自分の好みとは違うかも。
出汁は美味しかったです。
カレー蕎麦が人気のようなので、そっちにしたらよかったかな、と思いつつ、途中で卵を投入?

何軒かまわってますが、初めての温泉たまごでした。
黄身だけ入れたい私には、ちょっと残念ポイント。

I visited after 1 pm on a holiday and was vacant. It was too quiet and I was worried, but I believed in other people's reviews and entered the store.
The usual soba soup condiments have been delivered. There were no regular eggs, wasabi, a little green onion, and a little grated radish.
It was the second ladder soba, so I will definitely compare it (^-^;
It's nice to have a soba, but it may not be what you like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見た目はかなり古くて（まあ、他の店もそうなんですが、さらにどこか古めかしい）入るのを少し躊躇ってたし、いざ入れば座敷だけでテーブル席がなく、腰が悪い私は正直この時点では『ハズレ引いた…』と思ってましたが、いざお蕎麦を食べてみたら美味しい！
もちろん好みの問題もあると思いますが、麺があまり細過ぎないのが良かった。個人的に出石界隈で過去食べたお店の中でベスト３に入る美味しさでした。
皿そばの薬味が生卵でなく温泉卵なのもポイント高いです。
とろろ蕎麦も食べましたが、温かいお出汁も良いですね。ただ、やはり出石蕎麦と言えば皿そばのイメージが強いので、初めて食べる方には皿そばをお勧めしたいところではあります。
店員さんたちの対応も気持ちよかったです。
駐車場も無料かつ台数も多くて便利でしたね。遠方なのでなかなか行けないですが、機会があればまた訪問したい一軒でした。
It looks pretty old (well, like other stores, but it's a bit old-fashioned), and I was a little hesitant to enter, and when I entered, it was just a tatami room and there were no table seats, so I'm honestly uncomfortable at this point. I thought, "I lost it ...", but when I tried eating soba, it was delicious!
Of course there is a problem of taste, but it was good that the noodles were not too thin. Personally, it was one of the best 3 restaurants I've eaten in the Izushi area in the past.
The point is that the condiment of the plate soba is not raw eggs but hot spring eggs.
I also ate tororo soba, but the warm soup stock is also good. However, Izushi soba has a strong image of plate soba, so I would like to recommend plate soba to those who eat it for the first time.
The correspondence of the clerk was also pleasant.
The parking lot was free and the number of cars was large, so it was convenient. It's far away so I can't go there easily, but I wanted to visit it again if I had the chance.
