 There is stiff beside and the dashi is superb. I want to eat any number of dishes. The atmosphere of the building is great.

以前は通りすがりのお店で食べたからか、そんなにおいしかった記憶はないんだけど。今回は友人のオススメの永楽そばで頂きました。
そばつゆにネギとわさびを入れて、生卵を入れて、とろろを入れて。3種類の味を楽しみました。
そばつゆはだしが効いていてそのまま飲めるくらいの旨み。最後はそば湯なしでとろろ入りを飲み干しちゃいました。
あーおいしかった❗
Izushi soba for a long time.
I don't remember that it was so delicious because I ate it at a restaurant that I used to pass by. This time I had my friend recommended Eiraku soba.
Put the green onion and wasabi in the soba soup, put the raw eggs, and put the garlic. I enjoyed three different flavors.
The soba soup is so good that you can drink it as it is. At the end, I drank the grated soba without soba-yu.
It was delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山陰方面に出かける際、ほぼ必ずここに立ち寄ります。トロロに生卵、薬味を全て味わう永楽そばは実に美味です。他も試したいのですが、とにかく何度でも行ってしまう、そのくらいオススメの店です。
When I go to San'in area, I almost stop here. Eiraku soba, which has all the raw eggs and spices, is really delicious. I would like to try other things, but I recommend it so much that I will go there any number of times.

久しぶりに食べましたが30年前と変わらぬ
美味しさ、だしの効いたつゆ、腰のある蕎麦、締めの蕎麦湯、お店の雰囲気もそのまんま、テーブル席も有ります
If you go to Izushi, after all the noodles are Eiraku Sanpo
I ate after a long time, but it's the same as 30 years ago

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皿そば大好きなんです 山芋と生タマゴに普通の薬味 味変で楽しんだりいきなり全部混ぜ？ 楽しみながら頂けるのも出石そばの醍醐味ですね ５枚が一人前ですが最初から５枚追加の10 枚ぺろり 最後にそば湯 美味しかったです
I love dish soba. Enjoy yam and raw egg with normal condiments, or mix them all suddenly? It is the real pleasure of Izushi soba that you can enjoy it. 5 pieces are for one person, but 5 pieces are added from the beginning, 10 pieces are perfect. Finally, soba hot water was delicious.

佇まいは古民家風で良。
駐車場もあります。
お蕎麦は固めです。好みが別れます。
つゆは薄め、麺が固いので絡みにくいのもあります。
蕎麦湯は出ません。
メニューは皿そばとサヨリの干物とお酒数種のみです。
It is far from the main.
The appearance is good like an old folk house.
There is also a parking lot.
Soba is firm. I have different tastes.
The soup is thin and the noodles are hard, so it may be difficult to get entangled.
Soba hot water does not come out.
The menu is only plate soba, dried halfbeak and a few kinds of sake.
