y	yuka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主へ今日はありがとうございました！主人は何度か出石のお蕎麦を食べているみたいですが(笑)、28という数字の直感を信じてとてつもなく蕎麦屋に巡り合ったと感銘しておりました。塩でお蕎麦を食べたのが初めてだったので、お蕎麦本来の味を味わたような気がします。店主の人柄を見て、自分の仕事にも活かしたいと言っていました。次回は30皿以上に挑戦したいそうです。コロナで大変でしょうが、頑張ってください！ To the shop owner Thank you for your time today! My husband seems to have eaten Izushi's soba several times (laughs), but I was impressed that he believed in the intuition of the number 28 and came across a tremendous amount of soba. It was my first time to eat soba with salt, so I feel like I tasted the original taste of soba. Looking at the personality of the shop owner, he said he wanted to make use of it in his work. Next time, he wants to try more than 30 dishes. It will be hard in Corona, but please do your best!
西	西尊氏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くに行列出来てる店がありました。比べてはないので分かりませんが、清潔な店で親切な対応の美味しい店でした。有名な但熊さんの生卵を使ってます。勿論、卵掛けご飯も鴨?も絶品でした。 There was a store that was lined up nearby. I don't know because it's not compared, but it was a clean and delicious restaurant with a kind response. I use the famous Takuma-san's raw egg. テ	ティーも on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行ってきました。閉まる前でしたが、気さくな店主さんで入れてもらい食べました。食べ方が書いてあり、その通り食べました。純粋な塩少し振って食べる食べ方が美味しかったです。蕎麦の風味がたまりませんでした。蕎麦は二八蕎麦だそうです。また来たい店ですね。店主さん有難う！楽しい話も出来ました。 I went there for the first time. It was before it closed, but I had a friendly shop owner put it in and ate it. It says how to eat it, and I ate it exactly. The way to eat it with a little sprinkle of pure salt was delicious.
