Yuba is usually steamed in a matsutake mushroom clay bottle, which is as thin as water, slimy and guilty. Only warabi mochi is good.

The waiter recommended the tofu menu which was the cheapest (less than 2000 yen), the truth is that I was not very convinced. I was looking forward to ordering the vegetarian special and evaluating the site better

It's a little-known spot because it was a little far from Arashiyama. The price was also reasonable! ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店のガレージは三台程停めれます。外の景色も秋でしたので絶景でした。料理は美味しくてデザート等もありました。
About three cars can be parked in the garage of the store. The scenery outside was also autumn, so it was a superb view. The food was delicious and there were desserts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishes are amazing here! It’s the most delicious vegetarian Kyoto traditional dishes Ive ever had. The location is away from the Main Street so it takes some time to walk there from the train station. But we had a wonderful experience here with surprise in every bites. Totally worth of trying. Staffs don’t speak English but they are really nice and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaraunt simply fed one of THE most amazing meals I have ever eaten. I am a big meat eater, but as I wanted the cultural experience of Buddhist vegetarian dining, I thought I would try the Teppachi meal ( one which is spread out into a multi course meal in varying sized bowls which stack into each other when finished). This meal simply blew me away with all the new and amazing flavors it offered. I can be picky, but i am glad i tried new things here. Would recommend to any and all in this quiet, beautiful neighborhood.
