蕎麦は十割蕎麦、二八蕎麦の2種類。十割がお勧め。つゆは醤油が効いていて甘味は少ない。天ぷらも美味しい。土日は12時頃には品切れ、電話で予約してから行くのが良いと思われます。周囲の道路は狭く、駐車場は10台ほどスペースあり。気立ての良いおかみさんと二人で切り盛りしているため、待つ時間は少し長い。時間に余裕があるときに、ゆっくり流れる時間を楽しみつつ、蕎麦を堪能してください。

やはり‥11:30開店で5分でお終い、お話しを聞いてみると、実は皆さん事前予約でした、お店は古民家改装の田舎風、肝心のお蕎麦は十割と二八のみと海老天、盛りあわせ天、かき揚げ天など、で予約無しの一限さんは二八のみだが…女将さんのテキパキ具合と薪ストーブの暖かな温もりに蕎麦茶のおいしさ!でしばし待つ事で待望のお蕎麦、細めで歯応え良くつゆはほんの少し醤油味強めでも美味しい、天ぷらはからっと上がってサクサク!中でもみどり大根は秀逸で大葉もぱりぱりっ!でおいしいですね、ごちそうさまでした。

好きなお店です。時々食べたくなります。 細くてコシのあるお蕎麦とサックサクの天ぷら、旬のお野菜とプリプリの海老が楽しめます。ツユの濃さも甘さもちょうどいい。 この前行ったら、ずっと提供を中止していたかき揚げがメニュー表から消えていました。残念です。食べてみたかった。復活しないかな。 でも、季節を感じながらいただく美味しいお蕎麦、最高です。

あまりの美味しさと奥様のホスピタリティーの高さに、主人を誘って再訪。 小高い山の中腹に建つ、赤い屋根の古民家を改装したらしいお店〜 とても雰囲気のある店内。 4/24お天気は晴れでしたが、コロナ禍なので、ストーブを焚いて、窓を網戸全開にしている配慮も素晴らしい。 お蕎麦の細さが芸術的に細い〜初めて食べる細さですが、喉越し、味、、実に美味しい☆☆☆☆☆ つゆは濃いめの江戸前風で、蕎麦との絡みがいい☆☆☆☆☆ かき揚げを食べてみたかったが、、期間限定らしく残念だったけど、野菜天ぷらの衣が軽くて最高に美味しい☆☆☆☆☆

口コミ評価が高いので期待して行ってみた。普段蕎麦を食べ慣れている蕎麦好きの長野県民が行く店ではなく、都会等遠方から雰囲気を味わいたい人が行く店だと感じた。蕎麦、蕎麦つゆ、蕎麦湯、値段。全てが不釣り合い、自分好みの蕎麦ではなかった。唯一好みだったのが蕎麦茶で風味も鼻に抜ける感じも良。景色は良く工夫されていると感じた。 キャッシュレス非対応も評価を上げられない理由の一つ。このご時世誰が触ったか分からない現金を釣りで客側へ渡すのは配慮に欠けると思っている

初めて食べた✨お蕎麦。細麺で優しい味のお汁。天ぷらのカラッと上がり具合も、どうしてあそこまで。。という具合のカラカラ加減は他で味わった事ありませんでした❣️ 小山の上を上がっていくので車だと大変? 曲がり角に目印があれば。また、内装もご夫婦の手作りとかなり木の温もりが素敵。 ここまで、ならば銀のスプーンではなく 木のスプーンならパーフェクトでした。 また伺います✨✨?

改築された古民家で営む素敵なお蕎麦屋さんです。照明控えめな店内で、給仕の女性がお一人でテキパキと客捌きを頑張っておられました。 お蕎麦は二八の方がしっかりしたコシが楽しめるので、十割と食べ比べるとその違いがよく分かります。とろりとした蕎麦湯も手抜かり無しの素晴らしさ。 また上田に来ようと思わせてくれた良店です。

High quality food, beautiful setting, authentic Japanese farmhouse with view of Chikuma River makes for top notch soba experience. This is a husband and wife team, they are both super friendly but they are always quite busy so dont be surprised if your order takes awhile. NOTE: They only make a limited amount per day so making a reservation in advance is essential.
