 It is a wonderful place for those who are in Osaka. It is very quiet and the dishes have a very good taste. The only thing that I do not like very much is the chairs that are a little uncomfortable but it is worth trying.

I went to a one-night-only event, a sake-making party. Perhaps because it's far from the downtown area, it was great to be able to enjoy sake as if I were at an inn.

多くて残してしまいました
多分お酒の呑み過ぎ、、、、、、
大阪いらっしゃいが始まってお客さんは増えたそうですが それでも少なく感じましたね
あと
もう少しコースのチョイスがあれば嬉しいかな

展示会もかなり盛況で
どこも人で一杯でしたが
ここは穴場でした。
料理も美味しく静かで
良いランチタイムになりました。
また利用させていただきます。

One of best Japanese restaurant around Osaka Hyatt Regency. We ordered all 3 set menus - Satsuki, Kaede and Hirukaiseki, with the last one being the most luxurious.
Food was great with freshness, showcase of various cooking techniques and beautifully presentation. The fanciest menu had the most showcase but also the most ‘Japanese flavors’ like trout, the burdock, the conger eel etc. the simplest menu was not bad at all- same quality only simpler cooking techniques and less unusual ingredients like chicken or salmon. The simplest menu is actually good for diners who are new to Japanese flavors and prefer milder Japanese food.
Not inspirational, but certainly a treat...
