徳島ラーメンがどういうものかはわからないけど、濃厚豚骨担々麺にしました。 辛さは中辛で麺は大盛りで900円。 一応追い飯が最初からついていて、生卵も二回まで追加できます。 正直好みのタイプの担々麺でもなく、濃厚豚骨と言いながらもそこまでのインパクトは感じなかったかな。 あぶらが多いせいで最初はそんなに辛くないかと思って食べ進めるとちょっとからかった。 なので、生卵を入れるといい感じ。そこからさらにまろやかにしようと思って混ぜそば用だろうなというマヨネーズを足したら味があわさって濃厚になってよかったかも。あとにんにくも足したか。 好みなわけではなかったけど、また来てもいいかな。
I don't know what Tokushima ramen is, but I made it a rich pork bone dandan noodle. The spiciness is medium spicy and the noodles are large for 900 yen. タンタン麺は味は美味しいですが、小辛でも結構辛かったです。 肉そばは無料で生卵を貰えます。濃い味が美味しくジャンク感が美味しいです。

こちらは首都圏で複数の店舗を展開している「徳島ラーメン」のチェーン店。東京でこのジャンルを見掛ける事はあまり無く、非常に珍しい存在かも。 そういえば、今年の春先に徳島で頂いた「いのたに」や「銀座一福」は本当に旨かったな。こちらは神田の地に6年前からあったようですが、全然知らなかった。今回は当たりをつけて初チャレンジしました。 ランチタイムを大きく外れた平日16時過ぎの訪問でしたので、ランチセットではなく、単品の『中華そば(740円)』をチョイス。この時間だけに先客はゼロで外国人店員さんのワンオペでした。大盛り無料ですと言われましたので、お言葉には甘えて。 早々に登場した中華そば。スープの色は茶系。徳島の地ではラーメンの事を“そば”と呼び、スープは豚骨醤油の「茶系」、豚骨ベースの「白系」、鶏ガラをプラスした「黄系」の3つに分かれます。 先ずは茶系と思しきスープを一口。ん?ラードが浮いて脂っこいけど、徳島で頂くような豚骨ベースにたまり醤油を加えた徳島らしい濃厚な味わいではないかな。味は決して悪くはないのですが。 麺は中太縮れのモチモチタイプ。味噌には相性が良さそうですが、この豚骨醤油には…。本場はモチモチしていないし、そもそも中細のストレートがメインストリームで、味のしないモヤシなんて入ってなかったはず。 チャーシューの代わりとなる、甘辛く煮込んだ豚バラ肉も少ないし味はうっすいし、スープに溶け込んで濃厚なハーモニーを奏でるものでもなく。これが徳島ラーメンを特徴づけるはずなのに、凄く残念な出来栄え。 量に至っては大盛りで頼んだはずなのに、そのへんの普通盛りよりも少なく感じる始末。何だかなぁ。徳島の名店と比較してもしょうがないけれど、スープも麺も豚バラ肉も、一般的な徳島ラーメンの茶系とは似ても似つかない内容だと思います。 客席の後ろには乱雑にダンボールが積まれており、卓上のお手拭きは色がつくほど汚れたまま。店員さんの挨拶も受け答えも…のレベルでしたね。自分にとっては、良いところが見つからなかった残念なお店です。

結論、マジ美味い。 肉そば940円ですが、価値あり。 ニンニクを入れると、相当美味いです。 台湾の肉そばを思い出す味で、また食べたくなります。 問題は、店員の「大盛り出来ます」と一言。 「???」何を言ってるのか理解不能。初めて来た他の客は4回聞き直してました。 結論は、「無料で大盛りにも出来ますが、どうしますか?」との事。 日本語不足で、伝わらない。 但し、ラーメンは美味いです。 また、リピートします。

徳福 神田店、豚骨タンタン麺+あと飯をいただきました。徳島ラーメンのお店との事ですが、タンタン麺の文字が気になったのでオーダー。所謂「川崎溶き卵タンタン」に近い物が感じられます。辛さは小辛、中辛、大辛の3つから選べます。麺は大盛り無料ですが、元々が少ない?ためか大盛りでも割とペロッと行けてしまう…?麺を食べた後、丼に残ったひき肉と粒ニンニクを美味しく頂くための「あと飯」をドボンして最後までどうぞ。個人的に好きな味なのでリピート有りです。

ランチ食べるつもりが平日だけやった。残念。徳島ラーメン美味しいね。スープが好みで飲み干してしもたね。麺の大盛りにしたらオッサンはたまご掛けご飯まで食べれんかった。玉子2個までサービスと麺大盛り無料は優しいね。肉も俺好みで気に入った。お兄さんの愛想は良いとは言えへんけど(笑)
I intended to eat lunch but did it only on weekdays. disappointing. Tokushima ramen is delicious. I like the soup and drank it. When I made a large serving of noodles, I couldn't even eat egg-cooked rice. The service of up to 2 eggs and the free large serving of noodles are gentle. I also like the meat. I can't say that my brother's amiability is good (laughs)
