蕎麦屋が作る喜多方ラーメン。スープは蕎麦屋特有の和風なスープ。焼あご・煮干し・昆布などの風味が味わい深い。麺は中太・太麺の二種。若干硬めの麺は、コシがありスープがよく絡む食べ応えのある麺。チャーシューは厚切りのバラ。とても柔らかく出汁がしっかり染み込んでおりメチャクチャ美味い。

訪問したのは夏場の朝方でしたが、休日で朝ラー営業してました。しかも、かなりのお客さんでした。テーブル席はコロナ対策で一つ一つに仕切られているのが残念です。ラーメンはBUSHI(煮干し)ラーメンとチャーシューメンです。もちろん、美味しかったです。ですが、写真がフラッシュの光が強くて美味しくなさそうに見えちゃいますね、ごめんなさい!

土曜日のこの日2軒目に選んだのが菊水さん!(土日は朝ラーやってます❗️) 10:18~妻と入店! 先客・後客無し!ラッキーなのか❓️ オーダーは妻が ISOらーめん、私は BUSHI らーめん大盛で麺はお奨めの太麺を❗(麺は普通か太麺を選べます) 妻の ISOらーは、西伊豆産の焙り海苔が乗った微かに磯の香り漂う優しいあっさりスープ? ギト系好きな方には、合いませんね❗️ 私のBUSHIらーには合ってましたが、チャーシューの味付けが濃く(しょっぱい?⤵️)あっさり系の ISOスープには❓️で勿体無いと思いますね‼️ BUSHIらーのスープは浮き脂の量のわりには、意外にあっさり感があります。ブレンドした鰹節らしいのですが、鰹節の魚粉❓️口内が少し粉っぽくなります??脂は多目で、太麺との相性はピッタリ?️で美味しい? メンマは薄い味付け!付いてきた小皿の大根の酢漬けは口直しに最高?で美味しかった? たまごですが、割って直ぐに黄身がスープに流れ込んでしまいました?⤵️流れないギリギリが良いと思いますねぇ❗️スープが壊れますので・・・ 何時も完飲してますが、最近尿酸値が高いので御免?です! 意外に穴場の店かも❓️ですね、ノーマルならーめんを食べてみたいです? ご馳走様でした❗️

今日のランチは喜多方にあるきくすいです。とあるmapで評価が高かったので、寄ってみました。訪問時間は11時15分、お客さんは誰も居ませんでした。味がよく分からないので、とりあえずらーめんを注文しました。注文から5分程度で着丼。スープはあっさりしていますがダシの旨みが十分味わえます。麺も中太縮れ麺で、喉ごしが良かったです。あっという間に食べ終えてしまいました。大盛にすれば良かったなーと・・・・・思うくらい美味しかったです。次回は別メニューもいただいてみたいです。

ラーメン屋さんがありすぎて、もはやどこに行っても同じだろうと思い選んだのがこちら。 もともとはお蕎麦屋さんだったようですが、蕎麦屋のラーメンが人気を博し、今ではすっかりラーメンOnlyのお店になってました? 悩みに悩んで注文したのはチャーシュー麺。 麺は太麺か普通麺?を選べますが、何も言わないと太麺?になります。 元蕎麦屋さんだけあって、丁寧にとられたスープが本当に美味しかったです? チャーシューも柔らかくてかなりの枚数入ってました◎ 喜多方方面に行った際はまた寄ってみたいと思います? 土曜に伺いましたが、営業時間は7時から15時まででした。メニューも多く違うメニューも気になるのがたくさんありました。
