s	snow monkey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祇園四条の南座の南東角。京都の蕎麦屋をリサーチした際に、太麺と細麺が選べる、インスタ活用されている、女性スタッフの接客が良い、トッピングに変わり種があるなどの理由からこちらでお昼を頂くことにしました。蕎麦は全て十割。冷たい蕎麦でつけ麺風のものは、全て太麺です！海老鶏天のぶっかけそばを頂きました。びっくりです。ラーメンのつけ麺を思わせる太麺とつけ汁。つけ汁にはなんとラー油。麺は十割で蕎麦の風味を感じ、ラーメンやうどんの様にもっちりつやっとしています。麺とつけ汁の他に、通常より少し小さめの生卵がついてきて、最後の方につけ汁に入れて頂きました。うん、卵はなくて良いです。天ぷらは鶏が柔らかくジューシー。衣がもう少し薄いとより良いかなと思った次第です。また別のメニューも食べたいです！ The southeast corner of the south seat of Gion Shijo.
