★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上品で上質な鰻料理が食べられる。タレが甘かったり濃かったりでしつこく感じる鰻料理屋が多い中、こちらはあっさりしたタレで江戸焼きの鰻の良さを上手く引き立てている。タレで誤魔化されていないので、肉厚で柔らかい上質な鰻と感じることができる。
鰻巻きや他の料理も薄味。
個人的には好みではあるが、濃い味付けが好きな方には、もの足らないかもしれない。
You can eat elegant and fine eel dishes. While there are many eel restaurants where the sauce is sweet or rich and persistent, this is a simple sauce that complements the goodness of Edo-yaki eel. As it is not deceived by the sauce, it can be felt as a thick, soft and fine eel.
Eel rolls and other dishes are also light.
I personally like it, but for those who like deep seasoning, it may not be enough.

円山公園の中にあるのですが｢うなぎ｣を味わうお店です。贅沢に｢蒲焼き｣と｢白焼き｣をつまみに｢梅の井｣マークの冷酒で…あぁ美味しい。鰻は魚なのだとあらためて感じます。
タレの味で食べるのではなく鰻を食べたと実感しました。
また、鰻重は絶品ですがお米がすごい美味しいです。食べ過ぎました。ごちそうさまでした。
This is a really special eel store.
There is a shop in Maruyama Park where you can enjoy eel. A luxurious “Umeinoi” cold drink with “Tsubaki” and “Shiroyaki” as a pinch… Oh delicious. I feel anew that the carp is a fish.
I felt that I ate a bowl instead of a sauce.
In addition, rice cake is superb but the rice is really delicious. I ate too much. Thank you for the meal.
