★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Japan twice and had ramen almost every day while here. I can without a doubt say this was my favorite ramen place I've encountered. Super flavorful as well as reasonably priced. The service is also top notch and they have an english menu to boot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kyoto style ramen: smoother, thicker, slightly on sweeter side of the flavor. The spicy have a real kick, but it's not burning. We finished the side chilli ? loved that chilly paste. Kid's menu available if you want kiddo to have own bowl of goodness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasn't this a little delight! First off I have been looking (hunting) for a good ramen place in Kyoto that is value for money and simple. This place had the best ramen I have in Japan this trip. Order the set special with chicken and gyōza. The sake is excellent especially for 400¥ for 180ml. I cannot recommend this place enough especially after walking all day in Kyoto. Ordet the pork with non tick soup if you want you mount exicited with flovours or order the spicy one if you want an excellent challange for your palate.
The service is straight forward, the menu is in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We never regretted to visit this Ramen Shop. Very authentic Japanese Ramen!!!
Very accessible, just beside the road and very easy to locate.
The ramen is very delicious and the gyoza as well. I'm craving again while writing this review lol.
The staff is very helpful too. We are non-Japanese speaker. We only speak simple Japanese. They have staff who can understand English and can explain it.
They also have menu in English. It's much easier to choose a food in a menu if you understand it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were so many places to choose from and we were so happy we found this place. The food was fantastic and they even let us have the lunch menu discount despite arriving 1 minute before it ended. Very friendly service and fairly prices. Again delicious food!
