M	Masahiko Endo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スキー旅行の帰りに寄りました。こんなところにジンギスカンの店があったかなと思いつつ、入ってみたら大正解。新鮮な生肉を店で切って提供される羊肉は、臭みもなく柔らかく味が濃い。いくらでもペロリと口に入ってしまいます。キノコや油揚げ、貝割れ大根など、新潟らしい食材が彩り良く載ったジンギスカン鍋は見た目にも美しいですね。この店はもともとホルモン焼き屋さんだったそうで、当時から提供しているというホルモン焼きもまた美味しい。ビールが進んで困ります。:-) I stopped by on my way home from a ski trip. I think that there was a Genghis Khan store in such a place, but it was a correct answer when I entered it. The mutton, which is made by cutting fresh raw meat at the store, is odorless and soft and has a strong taste. You can get into your mouth as much as you like. Genghis Khan hot pot with colorful Niigata ingredients such as mushrooms, deep-fried fried chicken, and cracked radish is also beautiful. It seems that this restaurant was originally a hormone bakery, and the baked hormones that have been served since then are also delicious. Beer is going to be troubled. :-)
P	PSP psp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだ名前が変わる前に一度だけ食事をしに行きました。まだお店を出したばっかりの時だった気がします。その日は夜はホテルで食事をして少し外で飲みたいと思ってホテルの目の前の飲食店に入りました。二人で行ってお酒を一人2杯とお通しだけ食べたんですが会計が15000円も取られました。明らかにぼったくりな感じがしましたが観光地だから仕方ないと思って何も言わなかったけど最悪なお店です。二度と行かないですし、早く潰れてしまえって思います I went to eat only once before the name changed. D	Daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020/02/01 晚餐時間到訪因為是滑雪季的關係，整條街上的餐廳幾乎都客滿要排隊，本來19:30時想進來吃，店家說要等30分鐘左右，所幸到附近繞繞之後大約20:30回來，就有位置了。店外聞到的燒肉味道很香，看菜單都是和牛的品項，店內煙霧瀰漫，像是沒有抽風設備，非常像孤獨的美食家中五郎會來的店，天花板飄著油煙，桌面油膩油膩，每桌餐具款式不太一樣，方形的瓦斯小烤爐加上不知道有沒有洗過的鑄鐵烤網，店內充滿著大聲聊天及烤肉的聲音，這種髒髒小店最令人期待可以吃到好吃的美食！第一輪點了牛舌、牛里脊、牛小排以及洋蔥等，牛里脊、牛牛小排就普通水準，算是好吃可惜份量有點少；牛舌就...不是哪麼的美味，吃起來老老的沒什麼彈性，不知道是不會烤還是他切的部位比較差... 第二輪加點了橫膈膜以及大蔥，還加了碗白飯來配，橫膈膜也是普普通通，但是大蔥烤起來香氣十足很好吃，但要注意不要烤焦了。最後結帳的金額也不是很便宜，覺得比較適合已經吃飽的人來續攤吃吃喝喝聊天的地方。 Visit at dinner time Because it is the ski season, almost all the restaurants on the street are full of queues. y	y m- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スノボー後に電車まで時間があったのでお店を探してこちらへ。焼肉屋が２軒並んでました。土曜ということもあり混雑。ちょっと待って入れました。もともと居酒屋だったっぽい店内です。ガスロースターで焼く焼肉ですが、各テーブルにダクトがついていないので煙りもくもく系です。メニューはシンプルにカルビ、ロース、ハラミ、タン、ホルモン、あとサムギョプサルっぽい豚バラと人気部位のみ。あとはナムル系と野菜焼きのみと効率良い感じ。さっと食べてさっと帰るというリゾート地駅前の知恵でしょうか。いろいろ食べたい人にはちょっと物足りないかも。肉質も金額もまぁ普通といったところですが、運動後の焼肉は美味しいですね。雪山シーズン以外は営業してるのかわかりませんが、シーズンはどこも混むので覚えておいて損は無いお店です。 After snowboarding, I had time to go to the train, so I searched for a store and went here.
