Maitake mushroom butter grilled was excellent. When I sprinkled the remaining juice on the rice, I felt like I could have as many cups as I wanted. There are many types of sake, and I was disappointed.

越後湯沢駅から徒歩5分くらいのところにあり、道路沿いに面していました?
店内はカウンター席と座敷の席になっています。
18時半ごろ伺いましたが、土曜日と言うこともあり結構混み合っておりました
やはり新潟と言ったらタレカツですね
サクサクの衣にジューシーなお肉とタレがマッチして最高に美味しかったです?
また鶏肉のお鍋も寒い夜にピッタリで体が温まりました?
野沢菜も味がしっかり染み込んでおり、お酒の相性抜群です！
店員さんの応対も良く、満足でした！
また越後湯沢へ行った際は行きたいなと思いました?♂️
I stopped by on the way back to Echigo Yuzawa for snowboarding.
It was about a 5-minute walk from Echigo-Yuzawa Station and faced along the road.
The inside of the store has counter seats and parlor seats.
I visited around 18:30, but it was quite crowded sometimes on Saturday
After all Niigata is a cutlet
The juicy meat and sauce matched the crispy clothes and it was the best.
In addition, the body of the chicken pot warmed up perfectly on a cold night.
Nozawana also tastes soaked, and it is a great match for sake!
The reception of the clerk was also good and I was satisfied!
When I went to Echigo-Yuzawa, I wanted to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 温泉街の楽しい居酒屋。カウンターで常連さんとお話する店主を横目に、我々は仲間内で楽しもうと思いきや、女性店員さんの対応が素晴らしい。気の利くお酒の提案や、会話のキャッチボールも楽しくとても印象的。ビールで乾杯、地酒を選ぶ楽しみ。できたてのおつまみで素敵な時間。居心地の良い、居酒屋らしい居酒屋さん。ごちそうさまでした。
A fun izakaya in a hot spring town. Looking at the shopkeeper who talks with the regulars at the counter, we thought that we would have fun with our friends, and the female clerk's response was wonderful. Suggestions for nice sake and catch balls for conversation are also fun and very impressive. Enjoy toasting with beer and choosing local sake. Have a nice time with freshly made snacks. A cozy, izakaya-like izakaya. Thank you for the meal.
