タレカツ丼を頂きました。
甘じょっぱいタレとサクサクのカツでした。
新潟名物が食べれて満足です。

魚沼からむしうどんとミニタレカツ丼セットを食べました。からむしうどんはもちもちでとてもおいしかったです。
タレカツ丼はイチオシというだけあってとても美味しかったです。カツも油っこくなく、女性や小食の方にもおすすめです。
また、食事をした人はにんじんジュースを格安で付けることができるのですが、このジュースがそこらへんのにんじんジュースとはクオリティが異なる、素材そのままという感じでとてもオススメです。

I ate Mushi Udon and Mini Tare Katsu Don Set from Uonuma. Karamushi udon was chewy and very delicious.
The Tare Katsu Don was very delicious as it was recommended. The cutlet is not greasy and is recommended for women and small meals.
Also, people who have eaten can add carrot juice at a low price, but this juice is of a different quality from the carrot juice that is everywhere, and it is highly recommended as it is the raw material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 魚沼産コシヒカリに期待して入ってみたところ、夕方の時間だったこともあり、ご飯ものメニューが終わってしまっていて、麺類だけになっていたという、悲しい事態に遭遇。
仕方なくとろろそばを頂きました。
特別何かがすごいということは無いのですけど、ちゃんとおいしく頂くことができました。
次回は白米を堪能したいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気になっていた柿太郎らーめんとタレカツ小丼を頂きました。少し麺は柔らかめでしたが独特な歯応えでした。スープは昔ながら系、おばちゃんが作った定食風？！。たれカツ小丼はカツ二切れながら、タレの甘みとカツがとても旨かったです。おばちゃんごちそうさま。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも外から眺めてましたが、なんとなくからむしうどんが気になってた(笑)中に入ると色々メニューがありました。もち豚とんかつ定食を注文しました。小鉢の椎茸が美味しかったです。ご飯に合うね。

GALA湯沢でスキーをした後(17:00頃)に伺いました。越後湯沢駅の駅舎内にあるので非常にアクセスが良好で、雪の日やスキー用具があっても安心です。
ご飯物をメインとして、とにかく料理ジャンルの幅が広いです。海鮮系以外であればここに入れば間違いないのではないか?、と思ってしまいました(笑)。
新潟名物という「もち豚のタレカツ丼(￥1130税込)」を注文。新潟県、という土地バイアスがかかっているのも有るかもしれませんが、ソースカツとコシヒカリの相性が犯罪的に美味しかったです!!

I visited GALA Yuzawa after skiing (around 17:00). Since it is located inside the station building of Echigo Yuzawa Station, it is very easy to access, so you can rest assured even if you have snowy days or ski equipment.
Mainly rice, there is a wide range of cooking genres. I wondered if it would be safe to enter here if it wasn't seafood (laughs).
I ordered the Niigata specialty "Mochi pork rice bowl (¥ 1130 tax included)". There may be a land bias in Niigata prefecture, but the compatibility between sauce cutlet and Koshihikari was criminally delicious !!
It was a treat.
