★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯沢で仕事後新幹線まで時間があり近場のお店を調べてこちらへ。
小料理屋っぽい小さな間口は熱燗をくぃっと行きたくなる北国ならではの雰囲気を醸し出します。
またその雰囲気にばっちりな女将さんがお迎えし、お座敷へ。カウンター数席とお座敷四卓くらいのこじんまりとした店内とちょうど良い温かな照明。
映画に出てきてもおかしくない雰囲気です。
メニューは新潟のお酒などを置きながらもスタンダードな居酒屋メニュー。
手作りな一品一品は家庭的な味付けながらボリュームもあり、地元の方は晩ご飯とちょっと一杯で使うんだろうなと感じます。
〆におにぎりを頼みましたが、もちろんコシヒカリなんでしょうが、これがたまらなく美味しかった。
家庭的な味、近くに住んでいたらいつも通いたくなる安心で温かなお店でした。

In addition, a perfect landlady welcomes you to the atmosphere and heads to the parlor. A small shop with a few seats at the counter and about four tables, and just the right lighting.
It's not too bad to appear in a movie.
The menu is a standard izakaya menu with sake from Niigata.
Each dish is hand-made and has a lot of home-made flavor, and the locals feel that they will use it for dinner and a little more.
〆 I asked for a rice ball, but of course it was Koshihikari, but this was irresistibly delicious.
It was a homely taste, a safe and warm shop that you would always want to visit if you lived nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スキースノボ後に寄りました。これまで食べた中で一番美味しいお通しが出てきました(キムチチゲみたいな)
値段もお腹いっぱいお酒３～４杯飲んで3000円くらい。最高でした。次越後湯沢行ったら絶対また行きます！
I stopped by after ski snowboarding. The most delicious kimchi jjigae I have ever eaten has come out (like kimchi jjigae)
The price is about 3000 yen after drinking 3-4 cups of sake. It was the best. If I go to Echigo Yuzawa next time, I will definitely go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旅先でお邪魔しました。どのお料理も大変美味でしたが、自分が訪れた時はお通しがビーフシチューで、それが本当に美味しくお代わりをお願いしたいなあと思いながら味わっていました。
I visited you while traveling. All the dishes were very delicious, but when I visited, the beef stew was really delicious and I was thinking that I would like to ask for a replacement.

刺し身盛合せ、馬刺し、
さばの塩焼、シーフードサラダ、
定食セットを注文しました。
どれも美味しい！
定食セットの付け合せの漬物も
抜群に美味しく、
クルマで来た事を激しく
後悔しました。
絶対日本酒に合う！
お店の方も飲まない客なのに
